knotts scary farm

My family is going on a trip to disneyland and knotts berry farm for my brothers 5th birthday in october. We would like to go to knotts but my brother is really affraid of masks and stuff like that and so i was wondering if in the day time there are still actors and scream zones everywere around the park making it very hard for him to get around.

 

The date is probibly around the first 2 weeks of october.

From what i understand its in the last 2 weeks of october but i could be wrong. Also the masks and scary stuff wont happen until night so you would be okay until then.

Well scary farm is almost like everyday in october, but it only happens at night. During the day it's just the regular park but they do close early in preparation for scary farm, like 5 o'clock I think.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I do remember Haunt starting in September last year. Anyways, you'll have a really good time at Knott's because the days they have Haunt are pretty much empty.

It has been quite a few years since I last went to the Halloween Haunt. However, I do remember that it indeed goes all October. And, if memory serves (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong), the haunt actually starts in late September. This is known as "Freak Preview". Basically, it's a cheaper ticket and significantly smaller crowds. I'm not sure if they still do that. But, if they do, it's a great time to go. Basically, the Haunt is in full swing, but the tickets are cheaper and the crowds are smaller. Oh yeah, like others have said before me, there is indeed no scaring going on during the day. However, they might have some of the anamatronics dressed scary (most likely on the log ride), even during the day (I'm not sure, but I think that is the case). However, rest assured that if you go during the day, nobody will be jumping out and scaring your brother.
