Peis Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 Some pictures from oure ride through our Wine Mountain. It´s still fun Normally this Machine is used to transport heavy things in the Wine Field because it is very steep in the field. But with some crazy coasterfans you can have many fun on it.
Token Yankee Guy Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 Wow, I'd be scare to ride it because of the steepness of that hill.
What Now Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 I wonder if one can do that at one of the Wineries up in Nor Cal. meh...Probably not.
Hattuchili Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 Hey Peis, it looks like you have had a lot of fun there. You are a little bit crazy, because that hill looks very steep, and the machine so fragile. --Soeren
Billy Hill Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 That looks sketchy. Am I the only one that thinks the dude in the light colored jacket looks kinda' like Jimmy Kimmel?
SharkTums Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 Oh My!!! I love it! That looks so awesome! How fast does it go? Does the guy control it? Want more details! Elissa "nice!" Alvey
Peis Posted May 10, 2005 Author Posted May 10, 2005 Hi Elissa , i know you wpuld like it The ride is very slowly, (not like a Rollercoaster ) because it is normaly used to take big thing you need to work in the wine-field on the top of the Mountain. On some parts its steep like Millenium Force and you have no lapbars You can only controll the direcion: forwards to climb of the Mountain or backwards to drive back in the valley. I can´t say how high the Mountain is but its very steep on some parts. You have to know, before we decided to built the "monorackbahn", thats the name oft the Transport-system we had to go by feet to the top to pick up the grapes.
Jordan Shankman Posted May 10, 2005 Posted May 10, 2005 I'm not scared of heights, but I must admit I got a little bit uncomfortable while looking at the 8th picture down.
