Interesting to see that Caroline Thompson is back to writing again. She wrote Nightmare Before XMAS so this movie could have some potiential.

 

I just hope it turns out better than James and the Giant Peach!

Tim Burton scears me

I am much more pumped up about this than that "other" Burton movie coming out.

Normally, I'd say that any animated movie coming out these days that isn't CGI doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell at the Box office, but given Tim Burton's wild imagination, and the enduring popularity of Nightmare Before Christmas, I'll make an exception and say that this one has a fair chance of succeeding.

 

Yes, Tim Burton's a strange man, but a lot of good things in the entertainment world have come from the strange people.
