Hey Rob! Have you or know anyone who has used this? It is an option for payment on Sony's website; and I was wondering what the deal with it was? I know it is credit based etc, but is it worth it?

Any input?

THANKS!!

It all depends on what kind of financing it is. If it's a higher percentage than what you'd pay on your credit cards it's not a good idea, if it's lower then maybe it's a better idea. The BEST idea is to save up the money on your own then pay for it all at once!

Tis a great idea, but you still need credit somewhere. Unless you plan on paying for EVERYTHING (and I mean everything..house, car, etc) youll need credit.

Which sucks. I agree, cash is a much simpler and effective tool but credit just is too big and too required. Oh well, gotta go with the flow.

I remember looking at the APR for the financing at Sony Style's web site. I don't remember the percentage, but I do recall it was higher than my credit card APR! I do recall saying "No thanks!" really quick!
