many of the rides there I don't recognize but there mustve been a vekoma around somewhere, there were dead bodies next to the railroad.

however, I did recognize the carousel, the chairlift, the car ride, and if its the same one that it was back then - the log flume. also, i imagine the paddlewheel excrusions boat ride hasnt moved since. also, the railroad hasnt moved siince, just ogt its theming taken out, and i woudlnt be surprised if the bumper cars are in the same structure as the new ones, only the cars got changed.

also, i could sort of make out a couple ride locations. for example, the space wheel was where the corkscrew is today. what a waste of a space wheel... nah, im just kidding,t he corkscrew at CP is actually quite enjoyable.

nowdays we take going fast through dips and hills for granted, imagine how incredible going on a rollercoaster mustve felt like back then.

OMG, such good footage of The Mill Race. It's cool that that ride survived more than 30 years.

The Mill Race is the ride I miss most from CP. It stood where Raptor's entrance now stands. It was there through the 93 season. It was the first ride we hit every time we went to Cedar Point (and the line reflected that most people must have done that). I remember my first ride on it when I was barely 4, and we rode it every year for the next 7 years.

Of course I also miss The Pirate Ride, Trabant, and White Water Landing (I worked on WWL for 1/3 of 2000 summer), but Mill Race will always be my favorite memory.

Wow, cedar point has changed so much. I mean, put TTD in there back in 1963, and that will be the most extreme thing ever imaginable in those days. But these days, that's not the limit. Infact, I think it's not even too close to the limits. Hieghts and extremity will keep climbing higher and higher.
