canada Posted August 11, 2006 Author Posted August 11, 2006 Depeneding when you go during FF, it may not be that crowded. Best time to go is Sunday, or right when park opens on the Friday. On Saturday Toro and KK will probably have 3 hour lines, or longer. Here are the rides I wanna do no matter what. El Toro King da ka Nitro Medusa Superman Rides I would like to do but can live without. GASM Batman the Ride Rolling Thunder Space Shuttle Bumper Cars Do you think I culd get these 10 rides done on a saturday or would I need a flash pass? Considering I'm staying at the park saturday and sunday, do you think I'll be able to reride some of those coasters?
rjholla2003 Posted August 11, 2006 Posted August 11, 2006 Splurge and get Gold Flash Pass. You'll most likely need it unless you plan on staying from open to close.
Guest Posted September 13, 2006 Posted September 13, 2006 With a regular Q-bot it will take the same time as it would waiting in line. With the Gold Q-bot it will let you enter the Flash Pass line immediatly to a half hour at the most. After that you have to wait in the Flash Pass line which can be any amount of time. One time Iwent on a day that had a half hour just to get in and a 2 hour line to get the Q-bot. If you go their on a normal day without a Q-bot it will take you 2-3 days to get on all the coasters. With a Gold Q-bot it will take 1-2 days to get all the coasters in. I hope this helps and if the Chiller is open make that your first ride no matter what.
yankees15 Posted September 13, 2006 Posted September 13, 2006 ^ It is possible to get on every coaster in the park without a flash pass on a regular day. You can get Nitro, Batman, Skull Mountain, Black Beard's, and Medusa all in the first hour. Then El Toro, Rolling Thunder, Kingda Ka, Superman, and GASM in the afternoon/night (without any breakdowns). And Possibly time to do a re ride or two on a coaster.
shesaidboom Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 How about you just get a freakin flash pass and stop asking about it? It's going to benefit you in the end anyway, and everyone has already told you that basically, without a Flash Pass, you're screwed for riding everything - let alone re-rides. So just get it! We went to the less-packed SFNE for two days, and without it we probably would've got on less than half the rides we ended up getting on. Moral of the story: Stop asking if you should get it, and just get it.
Sir Clinksalot Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 IMO, trying to do EVERYTHING in the park without a Qbot would be hard. We had the regular last year and did ONLY the coasters once. Just splurge, you most likely have an SP so you are getting in for free anyway.
