I know i am bringing this back from the dead but the Amusement park season drove me crazy. Here is the latest updates from the park. This is actually the first video I made showing the entire park. I have return and Season 2 came out with just minor enhancements and some big changes. The major addition was Top Spin and fun water tastic Spinning ride. Enhances the Xtreme Zone. Hey everybody long time reader but never really thought to post my parks. This is my park Paramount Town Lake of course it is a cross betwen a Paramount and Cedar Fair park. The park is in a few stages of development. Hope you enjoy it. I have been a long time reader of TPR and decided i should post my park I am copy and pasting from the other site forum so bare with me. Riviera is a cedar fair amusement park and is a time line park. I do hope you guys will enjoy it and will help me out with it. A lot of these were preview updates so I will show you whats available Its here it has flown south and its going to stay in the south CARDINAL: Prey of Flight The first ride of this new cedar fair park Stats. Height: 150 ft. Length: 3251 ft. Drop: 144 ft. Inversions: 6 Trains: 3 (No Stacking of Trains) In order: Loop, Inline Twist, Cobra Roll, Two Corkscrews This ride will feature ground hugging inversions, speed passes through the water and valley, First of its kind Up and Down Helix. Can you handle the near 5 g's of gravity Enjoy Cardinal will be the picture perfect attraction when the area is complete and it will look beautiful no matter what side of the park you shoot from. Cardinal will also offer photo booth so people can buy those ever lasting moments. The Chairlifts station has been near completed and is already testing. The area between the two rides will become a small merchandise mart. The next area will be the the kids area (unnamed cant decide by going with Snoopy or Nickelodeon can anyone help) This area will feature two small roller coasters and about nine kiddie flat rides. By the completion of that area i will have decided on the next major attraction ( Could it Be a new millenium force, a new storm runner, or could it be a Maxair, or Skyhawk ) Only Time will tell Now the beginning of Snoopy Central The red coaster is Red Baron (How Original (Under Construction)) other rides are unnamed Here is showing off Pigpen Chase a small kiddie coaster and also showing Franklins Zippy Slide. First the mystery coaster had been identified as a multi dimension no name yet either. Here is the station as of right now. I am going to work on the track and how close it is. KHAMUDI At a time when all was good King Khamudi was mummified as one of the greatest kings of all. During the mummification a dark magician cast a spell on the body as well as all his belongings. In 2007 a group of prospectors found some gold in the dark caves of Hamupet. Doing so all were lost and the curse has landed here in the new egyptians themed area of Riviera. The big square looks to be turning into a big building with a top spin in the middle based off what this pesky little peep saw while the park was beginning its before the grand day opening tour Also a new update of the water park which is in full swing the second set of slides have been put in place as well as the lazy river. The 2007 season has officially ended and the 2008 construction season has gone into full swing. Bonzai Bay under its new name is now in full swing and this park has gotten a lot more green, has got a lot more of an atmosphere, a couple more slides and a new roller coaster looks to be a rollersoaker. New roller coaster completed looks quite promising and also an overview of the waterpark 2 new rides were installed near stallion more info coming later Some new updates showing off the 2009 Completion, 2010 Construction and future findings I did some searching and finally found a overview picture for the 2009 Area, The Driven Section which adds Racer a dual launch coaster, and a go kart track with a fairly decent sized restauruant. On the last day of the 2009 season i got a big update that nobody knew that it was going on. All the tower rides were closed and certain height coasters were closed also (Kind of stupid but i understood why After basically a year being away i have returned to start where i left off. Enjoy has Riviera Amusements gets 3 new attractions for the 2011 season. First the frontier section is getting a new mini wooden coaster by the name of REBEL, and the flat ride is Barn Stormer. The second big attraction is Jungle River a new log flume that suprises everybody. These are the latest construction pictures and as you can see they are nearly complete New update of the log flume, Which is now completed name is River Run, (I know original) The frontier construction is on hiatus for the time due to redesign will let you know how that goes soon. THE MAJOR 2011 ATTRACTION IS STEAMING AHEAD WITH THE STATION AND ITS ODD THAT THERE IS 3 HUGE FOOTERS AND I MEAN HUGE FOOTERS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE STATION WHICH THIS MAY BE EVEN BIGGER THAN A HYPER THATS AS FAR AS I HAVE GOT SO FAR SO PLEASE BE NICE I WILL MAKE IT WORK....

Well i have a photo trip report for you and all i can is what the heck. First i will give cedar fair props for the haunt lot of interesting theming. Second i have never seen so many employees on cell phones whether it be rides or food. Not good in my book and also third dispatch times have gone to just slow. I know its a long day but waiting 5 min on the back breaks of top gun isnt my cup of tea. Anyways on to the report Front Entrance Sky tower Is it top gun Top gun and Southern Star Both Running at the same time Entrance to the Carnival lol White Water Falls entrance now has games in hmmmm Good old SATURATOR I leave with the Haunt Mobile

Low and behold i recieved my complimentary tickets to dry run day at Carowinds. So being a former employee i thought wow i get to see how guests feel now. Well let me say i wasnt excited as what i thought it would be. I got to the parking lot some it is paved but not a lot the entrance still has the metal detectors. Here is what greets everybody now when you enter through North Gate Now what everybody is waiting for Carolina Skytower in its new paint it looks pretty good Now i was the first guest to ride top gun my baby and boy was it hauling a lot smoother than what i remember Now for Southern Star (Originally Frenzoid) Actually first the games have been refurbished Now here is southern star from Skytower Now next to Scooby Doo And Borg as it waits to return to the station Overall rides were breaking down and staff was way overstaffed hope that will get better for when they need staff the most. So Far Overall Grade the week before Opening C+

And Screens were taken of the possible new fireworks show that will be towards south gate. 2008 is near completion as is plans for 2009 are beginning to surface more news after the next update

Well i have decided to make a recreation of just Boomerang Bay and this will then continue on to each area of Carowinds. I am not going to do a full recreation like my last one. But new for 2006 Boomerang Bay is not going live in RCT3 with using Soaked and Wild Expansion Packs White Water Falls Area The Lagoon

I went to the media event some fun stuff there. The day was nice the water was cold not much was open other than the kids areas and the lagoon and Aussome Aussie Twister. The day started at 9:00 but the event didnt get going till about 10:30 at that time they talked for a bit, they handed us out balloons with 2 complimentary tickets. Then they did a count down from 10...............1 we let go of our balloons now whoever finds the balloons you take the balloon with the ticket and you get the ticket. What fun. New update 2007 Season is done now just wait for the download doesnt mean i can't tease with the 08 season. First order of business Italian Job i near completely demolished just a few more track pieces to be taken out. still wondering whats going there well might have to wait for the first track sighting which could be anyday now. ERT at Paramount Carowinds means Early Ride Time. For Platihum Pass Holders, On Saturdays and sometimes sundays a select few rides will open an hour early for platinum pass holders. Right now it is Scoobys Haunted Mansion, Thunder Road, and Top Gun

A new update showing the other changes for 2007 South Gate is finally getting completed with its small ticket booth building as the gate. The lighting packages are also starting to make there way around this area so expect county fair to be a lot brighter pretty soon. Next is Top Gun Desert Strike is also undergoing a lighting package. I will get that up as soon as possible The other big news for the 2007 is the new South Gate near the county fair area at the moment its just a gate but will soon liven up and with that it will bring a revamped County Fair area Also with the recent showing of Expedition Everest amazing light package Paramount decided o what the hey we have a mountain lets give Anacondas Mountain a new light package (Still Under Counstruction). New update Flat rides are moving to the area closer to drop zone and where hurler used to be here is the first move of a flat ride called Failure to Launch (Funny cause it seems that IJ has been having some launch problems lately) Other news Titanic has started showing more life the boat is near completed, smoke stacks are running only thing left is the new resturant area (Yes it will be close to the other resturants) but Titanics Harbor is now going through its construction. The boat is beginning construction. The boat will be as accurate as can be from the queue line stand point you will enter over the water then weave into the boat then enter the grand staircase Hurler is finished Enahncements to the ride failed so the area will be demolished and refurbished for later use stay tuned A new update after a hiatus the park construction is starting to come back alive hope it will continue to go smoothly. Due to size constraints only the mid section of the boat is being constructed. As for the grand staircase well lets just say its being a pain right now. Outside of the boat is doing good though. Crews hope to see the second smoke stack up within the next few days with the dining room and staircase to be following right behind. Also rumors are floating that a whole entire town will be constructed in front of the ride. (News on that later) Hopeyou enjoy the screen

Rumors -An ACE Event is a possibility -Italian Job Might be torn up Another update as yes plans didnt come as people would like but Hurler has already begun demolition o the whole first drop and tunnel area. More as it becomes availiable. For people who have not seen the area that will remain unchanged A valid ACE member did the unthinkable and finally got a screen he wanted riding PAramount Movie Studios Ferris Wheel he snagged Titanic as it nears completion of the lift. (Fast Yes I Know) Another update another big step for Titanic. The 2nd hill has been completed and work has already started for the 3rd hill a pic brought to you by the park and also another pic of a hole that is filled with concrete wonder what it could mean. Another coaster enthusiast did the unthinkable and climbed on the tree and take a pic of some sort of box with something in it.. PMS is hush about it after the picture was show on the internet more will be revealed as time goes on. In Other News Animals have arrived in the park for the Zoo (Lions, Horses, and Elephants) Enjoy. Announcement Time Ladies and Gentlemen The time is almost here Titanic has been completed but if safety tests dont pass the ride will be SBNO. A statement from the GM said we care more about the people and we understand this is what they want but times can be rough. The Staff decided to leave everybody on a good note with the screens of the layout completed (It may change) but will see also we have screens of future attractions in the pipeline. THERE IS NO THEMEING WAITING FOR SAFETY CHECK 1st Possible Future Attraction - After a long and pain staking delay titanics layout was completed. Ride starts off calm with some amazing airtime but when the iceberg hits you sink down into the water then all heck breaks loose as the boat (Train) goes down the sea floor. And the new Mystery Ride White Water Falls Personal Opinions from the designers. Titanic was interesting cause the gm didnt want the ride to be all the same as the others. Its not what was originally planned but it gives the same effect White Water Falls is what they call a beta ride if all goes plan it will be opened but not in that location 2008 i know it might be wierd but 2008 will be my final year i am already telling you now what it is it is going to be the Addams Family Coaster placed where italian job is i know the park is going through a coaster phase but the idea is there and i am going with that also Hurler will not be open till 2009
