^Thanks for the reply but I'm thinking maybe you didn't read my post... There was no recruiter, Israel is a mandatory draft country. Which is also why I am not going to combat which is why Id on't have to prove myself as someone people will want next to them in combat. What's downtime?

^That is because each army wants as many people as possible in combat. In Israel, since I am an only child on my mother's side, I must get a special permission slip from my parents in roder to go to combat, which I have no intention of asking for, but in the US, seeing as joining the army is optional, once you sign up that pretty much IS your permission slip. Also, since recruitment in the US is optional, soldiers get paid handsomly, whereas in Israel alot of soldiers have to secretly get 2nd jobs to make due. And thanks.

^^Heheh, thanks, Guy Sadly your offer reminded me of another thing - I can't leave the country for the next 3 years , At the risk of sounding EXTREMELY spoiled, I never spent 3 years without leaving the country. But keep in mind, Israel is the size of New Jersey, so imagine spending three years without leaving the city/state you live in. Also, vacations are what me and my family like tos pend our extra cash on. I hope Ig et into graphics, but I don't know how possible that is

Fourth... $#%^ing... Time... I'm typing this... Internet keeps crashing and for some reason it erases what I have on Ctrl+V along with it. On Oct. 8th(less than 3 days here) I will be joining the ranks of the army. First let me say I will not be serving anywhere dangerous, and once boot camp is over I should even have a desk job or clerk sort of arrangement. In Israel army service is mandatory. For guys, boot camp is 2 months and then the service itself is 3 years.(for girls the service is 2 years) Despite not serving anywhere dangerous I am still very scared and worried. I do not know what to expect whatsoever, and the fact I don't even know where or in what role I am going to be serving doesn't help. From my friends who already joined I have heard everything from praises of the army to people I know breaking down and developing mental issues and depression from it. Ironically, it were the people in combat that usually said good things about the army and people who went ot more leniant roles are hte ones who usually say the worse things. The Midwest trip was a pre-recruitment bash for me, as a present from my parents, and I have no doubt I will be remembering it and thinking of it fondly whenever I have a hard time. During bootcamp, however, I will be able to go home on holidays and most weekends, and possibly more often than that during the time of my actual service(depending on where I will be positioned). I still do not know how I am going to fit everything I will want to do at home during the entire week(or two) into a single weekend, and it goes without saying that my time on TPR will be significantly less. Naturally, don't expect any Lil' Robby Rob comics for a while. I already miss Indiana, soon I'm also going to be missing my mom's home cooked meals. -Tomi.

I once argued with a girl from my class because she would not stop claiming that the coaster she rode - Indiana Jones, at Disneyland paris, had 12 inversions. I have also heard people mistake inverted coasters for upsidedown coasters many times.

Very nice TR I beleive it's called Memorial because of engrish. I knwo for example in hebrew souveniers are called Mazkarot, from the word Zikaron, which means memory. 'cus they remind you of wherever you got them. So Memorial might've just been engrish for Souveniers.

^^Of course. a traveling coaster is still a coaster. Amazing job on the TR, but there are way too many picture. The TR is loading slower than I'm reading it... I suggest next time you consider which pics to leave out of hte TR
