The human side of Battlestar is going to be an insane ride for visuals. If this ride interacts as much as Dueling Dragons, the human side is going to get some great visuals as the other train flies by overhead.

If I was to build a small park (not my dream park) it would be just like Lake Compounce in Bristol, CT. To me this park is the definition of a great small park. It has rides for the whole family, and is set nicely into the mountain. The only thing I would probably add is a medium intensity steel coaster. That would be my ideal small park.

^ That would be amazing lol, though as this goes on I am starting to think that maybe it will be a record breaking water ride. Though my fingers are still crossed for a new coaster. As I have said before, what ever Cedar Point builds will be a great addition to the park. I just want them to stop dragging this out and tell us already.

I agree, it gives the ride that Nascar feel like your strapped into a race car. This will also allow them to really play the theme of the ride to the GP. Hopefully this will only heighten the experience that this ride is going to offer. I reserve all real criticism of this ride though until I can ride it, but I have a feeling this is going to be a great ride.

Wow this park looks great, and great pictures. Its good to see all the amazing projects that are springing up all over the Dubai area.

The same guys who had to remove a certain infamous element from Maverick just before opening? I guess even the "pros" make mistakes sometimes. I knew that was going to be mentioned, it was only a matter of time lol, but guess what, they corrected their error. Its not like they said screw it, we messed up, o'well, they recognized the problem and fixed it. So i'm sure if they make a mistake they will fix it. Anyways i'm still looking forward to this coaster and can't wait to ride it. Also: ^ I'm not a Nascar fan, just a sports fan in general, and even I respect him as a great driver.

^ Ya I mean give Intamin some credit, i'm sure the transitions will be fine. They must have thought of the forces seeing as though they are professional designers. (At least I hope they did lol)

The only issue I have, well I hope its not an issue, is that if I will be able to ride it seeing as I am 6' 5" and some parks wont let me ride there Intamin rides. Come on Intamin tall guys need love too.

I have to agree with Robb and everyone else who says that I don't find Intamin OTSRs to be that bad. I think KD has a winner on there hands for sure. I cant wait to ride it next year. Also about the supports i'm pretty sure Intamin knows what they are doing if they are only going to have those few supports, I mean they are arguably one of the largest coaster design companies in the world. Thats just my take. In Intamin I Trust Great addition KD.

I did a quick search on Greyhound.com and you can get a bus rides from Naples to Orlando, but in Orlando I don't know how close you are to Universal so you might have to take a cab. You might also want to consider Amtrak. Myself and a friend are going to be taking it to Cedar Point next summer because I don't want to drive the long distance. I hope this is helpful and good luck searching.

The Superman Ride of Steel at Darien Lake/SFA (since they are clones) are fun rides but have a hard time even coming close to the one at SFNE. I have ridden both layouts and the one at Darien Lake/SFA has some descent airtime/g-forces but there are some parts where it just lacks. Its a fun ride don't get me wrong, but its just not a high ranking steel coaster (at least on my list). Lets hope for the best out of this coaster, i'm sure its going to be insane. My bet is that it blows all of our minds, leaving us speech less but thats just my opinion. (Can you say possibly the biggest project of 2010 ) We will see tomorrow.

^ Ya I agree, even though the only Intamin prefab coaster I have been on is El Toro. So I can not say if the others are that great, but El Toro gives you one amazing ride. It would still be nice to see them fix up Son of Beast.

^Congrats on the job. This is a much needed coaster for Kennywood, its nice to see them adding what looks to be a great steal coaster to there already great classic collection.

Yay Metallica its good to see an original classic metal band on this ride. (and I have not forgotten about Motley Crue)

^ I have not really heard much about the announcement date. From what I have read its still just speculation, and no real hard facts.
