  1. Well - it didn't work quite as well as I'd hoped. The software rendering thing is making the game really really slow; so slow that it's pointless trying to build just the station.
  2. The stand up shuttle itself is a great idea, but I think that you should do more about the surroundings (and the station). Compared to the rest of your buildings, the station looks pretty boring.
  3. Mhmm mhmm mhmm Jarmor - I can't wait to ride that coaster; it looks so amazingly smooth!
  4. I have the foreground trees; I was referring to the background ones.
  5. ^I'm quite sure that I don't need a new graphic card. Yesterday I installed the newest driver, but that didn't help either. However, as I've said in the last post, I worked doing the software rendering thing, but thanks for the response.
  6. It worked doing the software rendering thing
  7. That looks amazing! The layout seems to be one long adrenaline rush, and nice choice of colours too. I wonder where you got the trees from?
  8. Update 13 Good news for the coaster enthusiasts! VPPP has build yet another adrenaline kicking coaster - an Intamin Launched called Eruption. With speeds up to 115kmph and a mind blowing 45 meters vertical, twisted drop, you will feel like flying. Just to bring our park up in the leading park class of the world, we've also build a Huss floorless topspin called Time Terror. You will find both Eruption and Time Terror right next to Maniac. The two new addiotions. More free fruits available. They've really spent a lot of money on the station for Eruption. Time Terror - a rather new product from the world known Huss. Eruption has some really short trains, but it's just making it pointless to think about where in the train you want the sit - the forces are almost the same in every car. Launch! Down again. This new square is my favourite part of the park - here you find both Maniac, Time Terror and Eruption.
  9. As long as it doesn't feature any loops or have extreme heights, I would consider it as being pretty family friendly.
  10. I've been experiencing this really annoying problem with NL since I got my new computer that is running Vista x64. It has kept me from making coasters in ages, but now I really want to go back and start building again. So here's my problem: The installation of NL works fine, and so does the simulator - I can ride other people's coaster without any problems; the problem comes when I want to build a coaster myself, or check out how the coaster I ride are made. In the editor I can see the menu and all the tools, but the construction site is just one white screen with nothing on it - no girders, no texture - nothing at all. That means that I don't have any opportunity to create Over at Coastercrazy, I've seen that several people are running NL fine with Vista - also my version of it. On the other hand, I've also heard that a few (really few) are experiencing problems, but nothing that comes close to my problem. If there's anyone out there who has a solution - please speak! Right now I'm quite desperate; I'm missing NL so much. ~ Steffen Kristiansen
  11. The teaser was really good; it seemed to be very smooth
  12. Ohhh - custom made wooden supports for a splash boat ride which normally is steel supported - that is going to be interesting. And I would like to have your Bahn.daten
  13. Update 12 Two new rides have been build while I've been away. The first one is Tide - a family orientated flat ride that is situated right next to newly build back entrance. The second ride is Maniac - a highly intense flat ride purposed to bring thrill-seekers a moment of excitement. Maniac is also placed right next to the new entrance. The new ride Tide. A new huge square has also been constructed; Maniac is connected to this square where you can buy almost what ever you want. One of the buildings housing 4 shops. View from Maniac towards Tucana. When mentioning Tucana - it has received a logo. The park so far - I promise you that something very big will happen there in the lowest left corner.
  14. Jamen hej - og velkommen til her også As I've been following this over at Atari; I can just comment on the new coaster, since I've already given comments to the rest of the park. The layout is really great, and I'm sure that the coaster itself looks much better when you've finished all the cs-supports. I really like that the inversions suddenly emerge - that brings a great excitement to the coaster, I think. I can see that you've used CTR for it; I've tried to make a CTR inverted coaster too, but all the elements did not show up - could you give my some advice?
  15. Yup, that is much better And nice coaster btw. I really like its colours.
  16. Why is it only interesting in America? Byt hey - this park is situated in America, so I guess that's it's a positive sign that you think so. Thanks Yup - the glitch was that the waterfall had split up in two. Thanks
  17. The rapid look really good. As I already have mentioned in my last comment, the buildings are very well made - you can't even see that this is a no-cs park. That my friend, is a sign of talent The only thing I dislike about the new ride, is the fact that it raises in the water instead of following a small hill.
  18. Update 11 The construction of CinemaxX 4D is done. A new ride Tucana has raised - at the moment it's the landmark of Island two, but that will change in the near future. A new entrance has also been constructed, so now guests can enter either Island 1 or Island 2 depending on which rides they do prefer having the most easy access to. The path around CinemaxX 4D still needs some work to be done, but the buildings are how they should be. The newest ride - a topple tower named Tucana. Overview of the nearly completed town area. The new entrance is situated right next to Tucana. Remember - a lot of work still needs to be done here.
  19. That is definitely a rapid river ride! From what I can see in the teaser, the station building looks really cool and seems to blend easily with its surroundings. And to comment on the last update. It's not that weird that Bobcat is the biggest hit in the park - it's the best looking ride of them all - no other coaster comes close to this. I'm totally crazy about the layout - the very very very banked first drop and the long millennium trains look really good together.
  20. Update 10 2 new rides - Cobra Tower and CinemaxX 4D is under construction; well CinemaxX 4D is - Cobra Tower is done. In addition to that a new market square has been build too - here you can buy everything from T-shirts to tropical coconut drinks. As almost everything in this park, the square is situated below the main path level. So again you have to climb a "few" stairs to reach it. Surprisingly Cobra Tower is the kiddie slide tower themed into a Cobra! Behind it is where CinemaxX 4D is to be build. Weeks of work later, and the ugly boxy CinemaxX 4D cinema is being hidden. The path leading up to the main path. Mega weird water fall glitch. Replies Thank you very much, the POV will be up as soon as the park opens. Thanks. Don't be sorry for commenting on a thread - I don't think this is a bump at all; the park hasn't been dead for that long, I think. But I'm glad that you like it. Thanks.
  21. Well giant mine coasters aren't bad Seriously it look really good
  22. Either open the pictures in paint or any other kind of picture editing program. Then save as, and choose JPEG in the scroll-down menu.
  23. I really like what you've done with the flyer. Great theming and also quite a good Chinese feeling around it. Although it looks good, I still think that some of the buildings are a little too dull - too much grey. Concerning the rest of the park, you've done a very good job here too. Great theming around the top spin.
