I can understand that. It looks cool to watch, but I'd rather pay (and tip) a human making my drink. I'd go find a real person over a robot, even if it required waiting longer. Just a personal preference, maybe from having worked in the service industry.

I'm glad she survived such a horrible tragedy. At least she had enough time to pull out her cell phone, open Twitter app, and post that status before death took over.

I think 21 for food service incase alcohol is served, but 18 for cashiers/non-bar/gift shop positions. Although, 18 does seem young for loss prevention & security.

Most passengers said the actual crew on the ship were doing the best the could and very helpful. Meaning the "hourly/front line" workers, I'm not defending Carnival or the executives at all.
