  1. ^Ah that is a good point, I completely forgot about that one, yes, Ripsaw falls has the highest drop on a log flume ever (at least universal claim)
  2. I would assume that they have been obtained with the park's permission too.
  3. 1. there are a fair few yes, Nitro and Silver Star are two examples. 2. (I assume you mean on a log flume) the highest drop on a LOG flume I know of is the one in Phantasialand Germany, it's about 60ft, but the highest water chutes are the intamin vertical chutes e.g. Hydro (UK) and Perilous Plunge, I think they're about 100ft... Jurassic Park River Adventure is 85ft I think... Hope this helps!
  4. Well I shall be entering mine, I will put them on a DVD and having a menu pointing to them all... YAY! First time entering this comp - love it!
  5. HAHA! Excellent! You've still got to come down to London to try the fastest dodgems in the world though!
  6. My site (www.xtreme-productions.co.uk) has been up and running for nearly a year and a half now, and I didn't get permission from BGT when I asked them...
  7. The full version of Sony Vegas is fully compatible with any type of video/audio (As far as I know) but it is mighty expensive... I can't remember how much lol.
  8. Well I use Sony Vegas, the full version, it has hundreds of effects and is very powerful. I have made two feature films and about 40 park videos in little under a year. I love it.
  9. Well after reading this topic I have been in touch with the Florida parks, and so far Busch Gardens have told me I'm not allowed to do POV on their rides, fair enough, and Disney have said to ask the operators on the day. I am awaiting a reply from Seaworld. Does anyone have a contact email for IOA / USO? Aaron "Going to Florida in the summer" Weight
  10. Hi Elissa! I'm new here, could I have my title as "Your souls are mine!" Thanky V. Much!
  11. Maybe Tom, but it's also a well known fact that the south is warmer than the north!
  12. ^ Yeah, Ed has it right, While they could get a new ride, they don't need any. It gets loads of visitors how it is.
  13. Yeah, If you visit Chessington on a weekend you will hopefully see me there working! Aaron "Ride-op wannabe" Weight
  14. Yeah, I don't actually see blackpool needing a huge 500ft coaster, it'd be quite silly... I like the fact that they are developing the park more, and it should breathe new life into classic attractions - a la Space Invader 2 (Plus, I don't think blackpool need ANY new rides)
  15. Hi there, My name is Az. I am new to the forums, but have been a visitor to the site for years. So, hello, I'm new!
  16. Oh? We have some of the sexiest buildings in the world actually! (Oh and some of the most naff )
  17. Quote: Is there a single brit that DOESN'T have a poster from "The Smiths"??!?! Well I don't... I only have theme park maps on my walls! Those photo trip reports are fantastic, and had me laughing loads, as with them all! Shame you can't visit london though, it's much nicer than manchester!
