Altight... so our realtor felt better today. So we looked at a few houses today. We looked at #4, which I thought would be an awesome house, but it was an absolute shit hole. Not worth the $405 there asking for. Not at all. But the good news so far is, WE PLACED A BID FOR A HOUSE!!!! ^The goal is to be out of our apartment by the end of Jan. And were only looking at houses that are in our neighrborhood now. It's a very desirable and well established neighborhood. If you don't grab houses fast in Sacramento, someone else will get them within a few hours or even minutes. It doesnt' mean were not being cautious though. Thanks for looking out though.
