What's the name of the video you speak of? Just go to YouTube and type in "phone flys off roller coaster at Dollywood". It will be the first one. I found it by just trying to find newly added Dollywood videos. What was that someone mentioned about work being done behind TT? Was this actual dozer work or just trucks traveling? Because they have trucks that drive up and around back there. Not really dozers but a lot of backhoe activitie it may just be maintenance doing something back there it just looks like to me that that's the area big enough for the path they would need to build to go to the train loop without losing a main maintenance road

I haven't noticed them not working I would hate for them to be gone the were a nice touch but has anyone heard anything about the trunk

The Bear affect isn't there this season. I'm pretty sure I remember it last season, but it hasn't had the sound effects in a number of years (you used to hear roars and screams). Blazing Fury is also in a rather desolate state, it's gone down hill since the main water was removed from the drop. Now this season there isn't even a waterfall area which was probably the coolest part of the ride (right before the first drop). I understand that it was taking a toll on the interior of the building, but surely they could renovate it and use more resistant materials instead of just removing crucial elements from the ride. They've done a lot of track work (it actually has RMC track on the drops ).. but that's about all they've invested into making it better. Speaking of junk piles.. around Lightning Rod's quad down, you can see where they've cut down trees and just left the cut up trunks lying there rather than recycling or disposing of them.. sure, it will decompose eventually, but it's just not nice to look at. When I was there a week ago it still had the bear affect

The station so far looks like Lightning Rods did at first. But with that much space it's very doubtful but I'm going to say a B&M Hyper or Wing coaster

Anyone noticed the work going on behide TT I think it could be an expansion that would be themed to a town that had been hit by a tornado and it would have some type of frisbee ride and the section of the park would be called Tornado Alley

Yeh that's what I meant just the effects aren't working on a lot of the rides

I was at the park a week ago couldn't help but notice how run down Daredevil Falls and Mystery Mine is getting I don't think it'll happen but I would love for Daredevil Falls to get the Timber Mountain treatment or for Mystery Mine to get a refurbishment maybe get new trains/cars that are lap bar only and some new effects like mist and the 1st half of the ride could definitely use some TLC in my opinion

Daredevil Falls at Dollywood is my favorite mostly because it's built on the side of a mountain and the drop is actually themed to look like a waterfall going down the side of the mountain

Anyone know the status on Whistle Punk how far along is the construction
