With ALL of the "leaked" names that we've seen so far, personally I don't trust any of them lol.. anyways the person on reddit who shared the name "Steel Vengeance" seems REALLY confident of the fact. As the comments of that post stated, if this individual is lying, that is obviously a little childish. However, if they are telling the truth, it's still rude of them because their family member signed an NDA and they are sharing that confidential information that they were trusted with.. I guess we'll see in five days.

Yeah, I did check that and notice that it was $10 cheaper than when I went last year. However, isitpacked says "forget about it" so I'm getting mixed messages. I am definitely going on those days no matter what, but I'd just like to know whether a flash pass would be necessary. Also, on the knotts website, it says that Fast Lane isn't even available that day. What does that mean? Will they be available at the park?

Hey! I have booked a trip to Magic Mountain and Knotts for the Tuesday-Thursday after Christmas this year. I've asked some locals about crowds, and some have told me that the parks are dead around that time, and some have told me that that's the worst time in terms of crowds. Can anyone here give me some advice? Would the flash pass/fast lane be necessary? Last time I went to SFMM, it was very crowded. Twisted was only running two trains, so I could only get one ride on that, and I did not duel on either sides. If anything, I just want to go on Twisted again and again. How long, on average, has that line been? Thank you to anyone who can offer advice.

Glad you're coming down! The two parks are quite different; the only coaster they both have is Batman, and ours is a mirror image of the one in Chicago, so it even feels a bit different. I haven't been on Justice League in Chicago, but I would expect it's identical and therefore skippable. I would also recommend skipping Boomerang and Ninja. They're just not good, and your time is better spent on other rides. I wouldn't expect huge crowds that weekend. The waterpark is a big draw, so attendance is low until it opens. If crowds are larger than usual, get a Flash Pass; otherwise, don't worry. I tell people to start with American Thunder and work your way around clockwise. That puts some of the lower capacity rides like American Thunder and Pandemonium early in your day. As for flats, if you like spinning or flipping rides, don't miss Excalibur. It's a nearly unique flat. Sky Screamer is really good too. Don't worry if Superman is down; Great America's drop tower is better (and ours is down a lot). Have fun! Thanks! I have been on one Boomerang (SFFT) and I loved it, so I won't skip the Boomerang there. I might skip ninja depending on time. Thanks for the advice

Hey guys! My home park is SFGAm. I'm planning a trip to SFStL in April (Easter weekend, 15-16) as I've heard easter weekend is dead due to Church and stuff. Here are my questions: 1. What rides to avoid? I've already been to Sfgams Justice League, so I'll skip theirs. Ninja might also be on the skip list. 2. If crowds are somehow huge, what's the best way to navigate the park at opening? 3. Is the FP worth it? It only includes like 5 rides. 4. What should I expect for crowds? Thanks to anyone that helps

I'm going tomorrow also. I really hope I can cram a lot of rides in, but sounds like it's a little more crowded than anticipated. And ^, I'm pretty sure the free friend thing is only valid on certain days during the season.
