Anyone driving by the park today on I44 will notice some big changes

The only major rework of Eagle that I am aware of was slightly more banking on the turns in the ride to make them a bit smoother, and there was a tiny bunny hill that made a double up before the final turn, but that happened I believe in 1990.

Power hours event seems to be a great hit! Fairly low crowds so most rides were very short waits, and the park was beautiful!

Even if they got it running reliably, it comes down to ridership. If it cost x amount to constantly maintain a ride that guests don't really care about that much it just doesn't make sense anymore. I really wonder how many of the people that are really upset about moon cars and Superman leaving actually ride them multiple times a visit.

That field is where the park shoots fireworks off for events. The collection of "junk" was brought in for the paintball attraction a few years back. The additional stuff visible starting around August 2019 till now is from the relocated Camp Killamore hunted house that use to be inside of Hurricane Harbor.

Primo's North Pizza was turned into a second employee dining facility. This makes it much nicer for team members in north park as they don't have to use up 10 minutes of their 30 minute break walking to and from their location.

The park finally got approval from Modot to clear the brush and trees so the marquee is actually visable again.

I think a more likely path would be this, it is slightly longer, covers more of the large scale displays, and also does not go through any areas inaccessible to vehicles like under Pandemonium or through the front mall gates.

I don't think anyone that actually knows will publicly confirm this.

Six Flags is one of the best places to go after or during school for theater people. Six Flags St. Louis produces all shows and events in house. And when it comes to job security, remember, Six Flags St. Louis was just about the only place in the region this summer and now fall that actually has live entertainment. Are you majoring in the performance or technical side of entertainment?

It is done by the Entertainment Department. Other departments help out of course at times like maintenance, but about 95% is done by the Entertainment department, same as how all park décor and lighting for Fight Fest/Hallowfest is done in house as well.

The park has publicly announced they will be open for HIP now. Glad Six Flags has found a way to keep some of the parks open through all that is going on in the world, and more importantly, keeping their team members employed.

Last I heard that was the plan. It will be used to house one of the completed horses. And they look incredible!

Six Flags St. Louis' Entertainment department is not part of IATSE or any other union. So they still have the go ahead to have shows.

Six Flags seems to fix up the surrounding areas of new rides, some times less noticeable than others. 2011 Sky Screamer was added and they added minor landscaping in the area as well as replacing siding and revamped the shatter platter game nearby, 2013 when Boomerang was added, the Primos place had extensive outdoor repairs done that were now visable from the queue. 2014 Tsumani Souker saw French restrooms exterior redone, an office building fixed up, and Outpost concession stand fixed and repainted. 2015 with Justice League they fixed up the Hero's vs Villains gift show, Justice League HQ gift shop, repaint the train bridge and did new landscaping around the train crossing, as well as cleaned up and gave a face lift to the area around Shazam and where the old RC motor boat pool, which is now a flower bed. 2017 Spinsanity got Sound Stage #2 repainted and parts fixed up, as well as landscaping between the ride and the train tracks. And finally 2019 with Supergirl, the Primos next door had additional A/C units installed and exterior repainted, although the repainting might have happened more recently. I guess what I'm getting at is the park does "touch" other areas and not just what the media will see, but they also seem to take that money and put it towards infrastructure improvements in the areas surrounding the rides instead of super elaborate themes.

I really doubt SF puts much thought or care into the placement of their rides these days. They just slap them in where ever there's room. I'd say that is pretty true for almost all parks. Plop them where ever they best fit, and then theme or landscape as best they can.

Saturdays are definitely the busiest but still not bad. About as busy as a Monday-Thursday would be during a normal season.
