Are you or are you not allowed to tell us what it is? To everyone that is claiming I dont know, it has already been confirmed by multiple people i have asked. i am not aloud to say anything until they announce it (August or septemeber maybe) but i will say this.

I know this might be off topic but I just thought of this while i was on Banshee today. Would it be nice if they repainted Slingshot? Colors like Carowinds/Cedar Point / Canadas Wonderland? Also Update on 2016 Attraction: I Really do know what it is. A full time employee informed me of it. You guys may or may not be disappointed

^I agree! there are 10 rides still left at ki since the park opened. Some are older than the park. They most likely mean a lot to ki. I mean, a motor or something went out on SR&R last year, and they re-introduced it this year! Although I do think they could use one more thrill flat. Like skyhawk or an enterprise or something like that.

Monster is being rebuilt! It should be open in maybe a month. What was wrong with it no one knows.

Just wanted to point out that some of the parking lot after the associates parking space is blocked with cones! Maybe they're expecting a delivery? After my ride in the 5th row on banshee last Saturday, banshee still has a rattle but it wasn't that big of a deal.

Just a quick little update on monster. Looks like they are inspecting the motor? Maybe it blew. None the less I think we won't see it till next year

I mean I'm not saying they drastically need new slides but there last thrill slides where installed in 2004. 11 years ago. They need something new. I'm waiting to see what they announce for 2016 though! Probabilly not something big but maybe something thrilling or so. On the other hand I did manage to visit the new petting zoo before my shift yesterday and it's fun for the kids. It's educational and fun and even includes a walk in petting area for free!

I went to the park today as a guest before I had to go to work and stayed in the waterpark. The green grass near the new wave pool has no power lines or anything over it so I could possibly see them maybe adding a new slide complex there. They really need a new slide complex.

^ No. You'll have to go to a stand or restaurant that sells souvenir cups and redeem it there. Some Ohio Schools get out tomorrow . If there's any type of event this week it might be COSI, but that's only for high schooler's. Theres a souvenir cup station at the front gate before you get into the park. If that's open, redeem your voucher there.

Grant it. We all know soak city is in need of new stuff but some other stuff is happening in the park! Monster has been takin apart and might get the same treatment as shake rattle and roll. The new lights on shake rattle and roll are BEAUTIFUL and I FINALLY got a night ride on the beast! Monster in pieces. What will happen to it!? So beautiful with the new lights!

^ and ^^ i honestly think some kind of waterpark expansion is in the makings. If its soon or late we'll find out in August or so. They have room over by the new wavepool to put a new slide complex in. The water park has got boring to me in all honesty. Whether they get a new coaster i couldnt tell you, but it would sorta be nice. something like Maverick would do. Time will tell. #2016

^True! Valleyfair is indeed subject for a new coaster and Dorney Park to! Although maybe by KI leaving the crypt sign up on the building this could be a hint maybe? But if anything is added new to KI i would say its some type of thrill ride or water park slide complex. Ever since they renamed, and built the new wavepool (which is nice), it just gets boring to me IMO. I can see them adding a new complex maybe in between the entrance and the recently new wavepool or removing the crypt building and adding a thrill ride there. Possibly wont be for a while until we get a new coaster.

If im correct, I think it is only used maybe once a year for Spirit song. I do agree with your statement though. They could possibly relocate Invertigo to somewhere else in the park and maybe get rid of Congo or move it possibly? That would open up room for maybe a KI version of Gatekeeper maybe!? Maybe re-locating it to Rivertown and have them demo Tomb Raider/ The Crypt Building and moving Invertigo there. This is only MY THOUGHTS. I would say though if we get a new coaster it would probably be in 2017. That is if Cedar Point gets the rumored Dive Machine because like we all know, Kings Island usually gets a new coaster 1 year after Cedar Point ( Hopefully)! -SORRY ABOUT THE DOUBLE POST-

Just wanted to point out they did build a fence after you come out of the second tunnel on the beast. The fence lasts from the beginning of the tunnel till you get to the rise up going on to the second lift. Maybe this for construction of a new ride or for the coaster event? I don't know. Also I did manage to snap a pic of the somewhat new pathway that might be three weeks old. Also can someone please explain to me why the crypt sign is still up lol.

Does Rougarou have any night theming? Like lights up everywhere and maybe a wearwolf howl at the top of the lift or something?

I found KI's tweet about May 12th funny. "RT if you want to "meet up" at 4 for a backstage tour of the Beast". Backstage tours are ALWAYS fun (even though ive been though one ). For Those going on the Beast backstage tour its fun!

I've always noticed that once a train clears the second lift, the chain for the first one speeds up. It MIGHT be a power thing. Also after you come out of the second tunnel and you head to the right, that whole section until you get to the second lift seems to have some stakes on the right side. More than likely since I also saw chain/screening for a fence, It will be a fence . Whether or not its permanent or not I honestly couldn't tell you. I still think they can fit a B&m Giga in over between Racer and FOF. Maybe an Intamin giga? They could place the station in between FOF and Racer.
