Recently got back from a quick trip to down to KD and all the rides were running great. I have a quick question to ask other people here: has anyone else never greyed out on I305? The strange thing is that I've greyed out on Millennium Force and even more strange is that I've greyed out on Dominator going into the loop. The only thing I can think of that might be preventing grey outs is that I make it a habit to get hydrated before I ride it, but that hasn't helped me on other rides that I have ridden.
^Sounds like you had a great time. I, personally, don't get the problem people have with Mantis. It might just be my physique or where I tend to ride the ride, but dare I say it: I think it's a great ride and have ridden it up to 4 times a day in some of my recent visits.
When I went dragster wasn't open for early entry. What I did with early entry tickets was park in the soak city lot and enter by magnum, then I went straight to maverick and rode it twice with about a two train wait both times. Then I went to Millennium force and had to wait about ten minutes for it and only rode it once. Early entry time was nearing an end at that point so I walked over and got in line for dragster at around 9:55 and waited until the ride opened at ten.
My guess is we just haven't seen the track at the plant yet, but based off of the molds for the footers it appears that they are going to have the B&M almond cutout.
I had the exact same thought, but I went back through the mysterious yellow B&M thread and there is a picture of track that appears to be for a hyper/giga, but if it isn't, then its gonna be pretty awesome when we find out.
Lame, I guess I'm going to carowinds instead next year. JK. The ride looks really cool and I'm excited for the future of the B&M launch, but the ride looks like its going to be a capacity nightmare with only 5 cars per train.
I remember when holiday world said that it would be obvious what they were building by this date, and were all just sitting here trying to figure out whether or not this is actually a B&M coaster.
Hi guys, I'm completely new to the forum. I'll be making my way to the park on Sunday August 3rd and I just wanted to know how the crowds will be on a Sunday and what rides I should go to when I first get to the park.
