  1. I remember something Robb said on the Carowinds thread: I think most people were expecting too much out of this coaster. HW might not have a 'Ferrari', but can enthusiasts be happy with a 'Toyota'? I mean, at least it's not a 'Saturn'. Vekoma is the Saturn.
  2. What's that Aquatrax thing about anyway? I found these characters under the picture of a pond: AquaTrax!111!!$1880!)!!? I wonder....... must just be CP teasing us, the AquaTrax thing seems unlikely......
  3. Okay, I think neil has had enough backlash. Lol. On every page, there's about one comment quoting neil and then writing something contradicting his statements. But I guess I'm a hypocrite, since I had input in this. Let's just be happy that Holiday World is adding a steel coaster and that B&M is making a launch coaster. To things to be excited about in one product.
  4. Sorry. Guess Thunderbird will be your first one. LOL! I'm nowhere near Santa Claus, so I won't be able to ride that coaster anytime soon.
  5. I feel left out I've never been on a wing coaster/wing rider (at this point, I don't care what the official term is, it rides on the outside of the track).
  6. Paula, if you're still reading the forum, can you tell us if Thunderbird will have the classic B&M roar? Nothing sounds more like thunder than a roaring B&M!
  7. Do you think a park would attempt in building a 300 foot dive coaster? I've been on Griffon and I think that first drop is amazing. I wonder what the ride experience would be like from 300 feet. If a park would attempt this, which park do you think it will be?
  8. First of all, Holiday World is a family park, so they don't constantly add $20 million + coasters. Second of all, Carowinds and Canada's Wonderland are near major cities, which are good places to market in (Toronto and Charlotte). And finally, Dollywood is near a major tourist area, another good place to market in. I don't know why Knotts hasn't added a major coaster in a long time, but being in California, I don't see why they don't add major attractions.
  9. Welp, it's official: NOTE: This is a joke, please take your time to admire my terribly drawn logo.
  10. Which teaser trailer is better? Banshee's or Thunderbird's? Compare the two:
  11. I'm really thinking about Holiday World because of Thunderbird and Voyage, but my family is leaning towards Hershey next year, so that is most likely where I will go.
  12. This seems cool, too bad I'm not close to Holiday World. But then again, I'm excited since my home park is getting a giga next year, so......
  13. I'm on a desktop, and I can switch the button to low quality....
  14. Just about 2 hours until the announcement! I'll be back at 9:13 EST to catch it.
  15. I got bored, so to pass the time, I drew this awful, awful picture:
  16. I think a launched-flying coaster is probably the most likely addition. I don't know.....
  17. ^I think they are both great additions to the park! Valley Scream sure seems interesting.
  18. Is this part of the new animation possibly? Maybe the intro? Look here.
  19. I wonder what's next for Valley Hills...... new coaster possibly?
  20. ^^That's ridiculous, did no one read my comment about the world's first B&M Wacky Worm?
  21. Wild Eagle's requirement is 50 inches, right? I think that would be reasonable for a park like Holiday World.
  22. ^That would make sense if the coaster wasn't supposed to be 'truly unique'. Intamin has made several inverted launched coasters, so this wouldn't be a first.
  23. You're underestimating by saying 10 pages
