^ I know magic mountain now has Fast Lane now, but they got the tickets, I dunno if they're going to plan on installing the pager system.

oh man! they're showing the episode again tonight!

You know, part of me can't help but think that Matt and Trey were really stretching with this one, but another part of me couldn't stop laughing at all the ridiculous stuff going on.
Doug "If the show survived Mr. Garrison's sex change, maybe it can surivive this." Booth
Don't forget the episode where the bus driver was killed by the guy who murders people and takes their left hand.

Looks good, but whats with all this 'Shakira' and 'Skeikra'? SheiKra! SheiKra!
Their is a singer called Shakira, and the Sheikra name sounds very close to Shakira, so that's why people call the ride Shakira. It be cool if someone does a video of Shakira to a Shakira song.

those were cool, the music reminded me a little like the Mr. Six commercials for the 2005 season.
Has Knoebels ever had commercials before?

It's interesting how South Park has made fun of every single religion with no one getting mad, but yet they do scientology and yet issac gets offended. Matt and Trey aren't singling out scientology, they're just going down the whole line of religions and making fun of everyone.
Oh well, let's see what happens tonight. I can't wait.

Nice to see some pictures of Thunder & Lightning, I had no idea it was almost complete. Can't stand the fact that SFNE has two rides called "splashwater falls".(Just keep the old names!!)
Thanks for the photos,
No, One is called Shipwreak Falls, the other is Splash Water Falls.

So today, James and I went to Lake Compounce, because lakecompounce.org and the management of LC were holding an off season tour of the park for the 2nd year in a row. So James told me about this a few weeks back and I joined up, so he came down and spent a few nights at my house, and today we drove down to Bristol for the tour. We were their from like 10am till about 3pm. They told us about their new screaming swing, and some general facts about how the park operates, and their new ride for 2007. So all in all, it was a great time, shame it had to be a bit cold and windy.
Here are some photos
From across Lake Ave, the park.
In crates just nearby contain the seats themselves
Below those tarps is one of the group of seats for Thunder 'n Lightning

Hey Craig, Great trip report. It was good meeting you. Looks like you had as much fun at DLR as Gyendolynne and I did last month. Hopefully we'll see you again at another event.
Yeah, it was great to meet you guys, it was a shame you guys couldn't stay for the party, I made a total ass of myself, hehe. But I didn't mind .
Doesnt it suck to be in the snow??Yeah, a bit. It's cold in my room now so I had to put my hoodie on. I really miss California

So I am finally back home, I shedded a tear when it temperature was in the 30's and we had some snow on the ground. But now that I'm home, I can finish the last two days of my trip so here we go
March 13th - Sightseeing across LA
When Don came and picked Monica and I up, he took me around to check out some sites for example, chinese theater, tar pits, and a stop over to the pacific ocean. When we also checked into our hotel. Later that day we met up with Martin and we all went out to dinner at the Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney, then watched the fireworks from the entrance plaza between DL and DCA
ummmm, I can't remember what we were doing....but yeah, turns out their were signs that said no one was allowed on that part of the beach.

The maximum specs for a picture to post is 800x600 and the file size has to be below 150mb. My recommendation is downloading Picasa2. That program can resize a batch of photos at once.
