I just see this as an "excuse" I can give my wife why I have to go back to Dollywood lol. It was such a great park to visit yesterday

Just pulled into the Dollywood parking lot. OMG I want to ride LR!!!! Maggiekat and I will definitely be flying back out later to come ride when it's open. Looks amazing and all we can see is just the launch and last turn!!!!

Ooooooo. Maybe I'll get lucky with a soft opening on Wednesday. Lol. That would be cool. (Maggie and I are going then ). If not. It's cool. We are looking forward to Dollywood

Maggiekat and I will still be going on the 23rd. We planed this trip because we had never been to Dollywood and always wanted to go. We can't wait. We love theme parks and this place looks like a lot of fun. If anyone plans on being there on the 23rd. Look us up!!!! We will be the ones having a blast

Me. I go straight up the mountain and marathon the crap out of superman. You can get like 20 - 30 rides without getting off before the crowds make it up there.

I remember how fast the dispatches were and the lift hill faster as well. No issues that I remember with 5 trains The line used to constantly move back in the eighties. It was the one line in the park I didn't mind waiting in.

Correct. Walk to baggage claim. Walk across to first landing. Look for rental car shuttle sign overhead. Alamo (I rent from them at least once a month) runs their shuttles nonstop. Should not wait more than a few minutes. No need to call.

Sorry to go a bit off topic here, I love air races too, but this one shown, unless my eyes are deceiving me, shows a 4 seat passenger car. Is this one the first to offer a 4 passenger car, I've never seen one with this set up before. Lagoon has a 4 seat model, and I think it would be awesome if Knott's were to add one of these. I just rode the one at Lagoon this summer and it was amazing. I think the raised platform could work really well if it is themed to a boardwalk/pier and maybe theme the planes to seaplanes. I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed the air race at lagoon. I thing it would be really cool to see one at Knotts. Snoopy's Air Race

I honestly miss the old days of the Batman and Robin show. It was cheesy to the max, but I watched it every visit. I always enjoyed the high dive show they had there in the late eighties!

1. Yes I have a 4K Ultra HD TV 2. Sony 65" 3. Yes, I can stream 4K from you tube 4. When I can, but I usually watch most of my you tube on my PC or iPhone 5. The quality increase is not a huge difference... Only because it upscales everything I watch, and does a fantastic job, so if the 1080 picture is good quality, the 4k upscale does its job and makes it look even better... but don't get me wrong, there is a difference, its just not as much as it was when you went SD-HD of course 6.
