  1. If the park somehow extended Boss's height or drop and made either over 200 feet, wouldn't it also work as a hyper coaster for the park if RMC didn't add inversions?
  2. I like Dragon Challenge, but I don't see why they are favored over other inverts. Chinese Fireball is slightly better than Batman at SFSTL, but Hungarian Horntail was kind of boring to me, and Batman was better IMO. I think Banshee will most likely end up in my top 5 coasters. It looks like it will be speedy, fun, and something that I'd want to reride over and over.
  3. B&M's are always smooth. I've only been on two that were rough, and they weren't THAT rough.
  4. On Wikipedia it states that Arrow built both WDW and TDR's Space Mountain rides. Is that wrong? It also states TDR's Space Mountain as having two tracks, but isn't that wrong too?
  5. The more I'm thinking about it, I think turning one side of American Eagle into an RMC creation would be kind of stupid. The racing element would no longer exist, because I'm sure the Iron side would run considerably faster, and the two would then be two completely different coasters next to each other. It would be screwing up a classic racing coaster. But what if RMC created a brand new ride, like Outlaw Run? Would it be able to fit in Iron Wolf's old spot?
  6. Because I heard a rumor only one side will be redone, and it would cost significantly more to redo both sides.
  7. I wasn't wondering who designed it, but who manufactured it. I'm guessing it was Vekoma or Arrow. But maybe Disney built it themselves.
  8. I'm pretty sure he is just a normal park employee and his name is David. It's a pretty common name. I still think that the Ragin' Cajun and red American Eagle ride vehicles mean those attractions are leaving, and Iron Eagle is going to replace the red side of American Eagle.
  9. Was Tokyo's Space Mountain homemade or did Arrow Dynamics provide the coaster?
  10. In the video there are Ragin' Cajun and American Eagle ride vehicles shown, which would match up with the rumors of Iron Eagle and removal of Ragin' Cajun.
  11. That video is almost TOO obvious. It kind of makes me think they just want to screw with us enthusiasts.
  12. Yes, but would a huge Potter fan in college or whatnot be able to afford to fly down for an event in January then return for the second phase opening in June? Orlando trips are expensive, and most people can only afford to go down every other year or so, normally even less. Two trips in a year sounds like it would be hard for even the biggest Potter fan to accomplish.
  13. The park opened in 1971, which would make 2015 the 44th year of operation, which isn't a big deal like 2016 would be. Is it the 15th anniversary of the Boss? Or maybe the 20th anniversary of Batman?
  14. I don't see why they didn't wait 'til Phase Two is open to have this event, but whatever. It'll still draw in a bunch of fans.
  15. I think I'm the one who brought up the launched thing. I hadn't seen the blueprints, but since apparently they have a lift hill I know it won't be launching. I didn't think that my one comment that was proven wrong would be discussed any further.
  16. I signed up a clicked on pay on paypal but went back to fix a mistake in my order and it lets me view the newsletters but not the exclusive forum. Will I get something in the mail that will let me pay and fully activate my membership?
  17. That's what I was trying to say when replying to the post. Either way, I think the earliest we will see Iron Boss is 2015. I think Six Flags would have announced the last day to ride Boss by now if it was coming in 2014. So what are we getting next year? I think three possibilities are new dark ride (least likely to happen IMO), a kiddie coaster, or an Aqua Blaster thingy.
  18. How fast is the fastest inverted coaster?
  19. Maybe it could be the tallest, fastest, most-inverting, launched inverted coaster?
  20. I'd love to see an invert. I haven't seen the track blueprints, but could this be the first launched inverted coaster in the world?
  21. That's weird considering Texas Giant originally cost $5.5 million and the conversion cost $10 million.
  22. I was replying to a post that seems to have disappeared. It said something about Boss would have to be shortened or it would take a year and a half to finish, and I pointed out that NTAG took that long, so why couldn't they do the same to Boss?
  23. I was just joking, even though people on here have said they heard it will be relocated to SFA.
  24. It took them a year and an off season to do New Texas Giant, why couldn't they do the same for the Boss?
