  1. ^^^^ Well theres not many options since both parks do share many of the same cloned coaster. But im sure everybody would say Titan
  2. Is there still going to be the 385 ft Skyscreamer?
  3. This is the same color scheme that Batman once was? I've watched the video a few additional times, I didn't get the backward launch at first, now I see what they where trying to convey, plus it lenthings out the coaster but not in a bad way that will hurt capacity. I dent see them getting rid of it after a season as most have posted. The GP will be surprised by it. I do agree it would be nice to have more after the Top Hat but yes, this coaster is short as the majority of launch coasters are. Ive read some crazy post and see so many enthusiast are in denial about the coaster. Even saying that its made to add more too it later in a season or two that will never happen. Lets not forget this is Six Flags Magic Mountain. This parks only objective is to stuff as many coasters in the park as possible to it looks like a old house filled with cobb webs, the more space and smaller coasters, the more room. Besides no one is gonna be thinking about Full Throttle length or lack of airtime, next season, we will be focused on rumors for the "2014 project". That said, we should simply appreciate it for what it is.
  4. ^^^^ i have mixed feelings for JRS. On one hand It is a good starter coaster and a classic. Then on the other, it takes up a lot of valuable space in area that could be the perfect spot for a large custom desinged coaster. I don't see SFoT ever giving it an RMC treatment, plus its just too small. I don't think it would be wise to completely cover the lake with a massive coaster but something simular too Sky Rush that would intertwine with JRS and maybe have an helix over part of the lake. If anything is removed I would love to see Lavibora because it would would be perfect for a B&M to come in with something like Tatsu. Or have Pandemonium and Slash down removed since they are next to each other and replace them with a water coaster.Thought that would never happen. Do you guys see guest flocking to the park for Texas Skyscreamer? I remember when Superman T.O.P first opened. The GP I talked to whom went and rode it where dissapointeed. In there words "all you do is go up and down". But I guess that proves the GP really thinks coasters and flat ride are the same.
  5. I guess the overall opinion is that Magic Mountain is only supposed to make extreme rides which is crazy. This is still a Six Flags park and regardless it gets more large scale attractions than any other Six Flags park. Not to mention hid is the only park getting a new coaster unless you count Rattlers refurb as a new coaster. Just look at SFstl getting a 23 year old boomerang. Let's not knock the backward launch, until we ride it.
  6. Thats just great I can see every enthusiast will be heading to ST Louis next year for the unique experience, thankyou Louis! Forget Gatekeeper! The new boomerang
  7. I dout this would ever happen but the park could place a coaster that crossed the Six Flags entrance road to the empty space where Judge Roy Scream and the pond is
  8. I dont think SFOT is getting Bizarro because SFGAdv would have made an announcement at least stating last chance to ride Bizarro and the ride would have to be dismantled and prepared for transport already because its a large coaster unlike Flashback which can be loaded on the back of 2 trucks.
  9. The last time I wrote FB it was 2010 right before the N-T-G. I had just ridden Old TG before I rode Flashback so maybe that why I dont remember it being so bad. After riding the Old TG any coaster will feel smooth.
  10. I have to admit it is kind of funny Flashback is going to ole Saint Louis, I have ridden Flashback and even with the old trains it wasn't that bad. From a business point of view, I understand why the park would take Flashback. It could very well be a test to see how the GP responds to a "new" attraction and test the market at this time. The GP will look at Flashback/Boomerang as just another Vekoma boomerang, especially with the adverisements and highlights SIx Flags will create to promote it. If Flashback is painted and given a new, preferable lap bar only train, it will make the GP happy. Maybe this is crazy, but I think it would be really cool to make Flashback/boomerang an indoor-dark experience. I mean could you imagine going into a building boarding a train and pulled into a dark oblivion backwards then to be released and do it all again in reverse. Well it would make the ride somewhat more exciting.
  11. Im curious, since this coaster its known for its rattling like affect, and if they are doing an iron horse steel track conversion, will that be a conflict?
  12. SFOT is due for new coaster. I hope that Green B&M track is headed our way.
