So Liseberg changed their minds, Kanonen will close after this season and work on Valkyria will begin this spring.

So I went for one more Halloween night at Tusenfryd, they have made it even more creepy now. They have filled booth houses with creepy dolls :O [youtu_be] [/youtu_be]

People where verry pleased It will get darker the last 3 Saturdays in October when they close 7pm, the sun will set around 5:30pm so then it will get a little more creepy

I went to TusenFryd today for their first ever Halloween event. I have to say I was verry impressed with what the park have done for their Halloween event, sure it´s not as big and fancy as Universal´s Halloween Horror Nights, but this was fun and scary. The park have done some theming in front of the main entrance, on the top of the escalator, down by nightmare and the bumper cars and some theming up by spaceshot. The park is devided into to zones, you got the less scary halloween stuff up by spaceshot and then you got the more scary stuff down by the Amphitheatre and down to Nightmare. There are a total of three mazes and one scare zone. We went through all the adult mazes early and where a little disapointed, in the Zombie-Laboratory it was just three scare actors and they didn´t scare us alot. But we did find out that after some hours when they got their tempo up and got used to scare people, the mazes just got better and better for each time. So afterall the mazes was really good We went through both mazes at least 5 times and they where so much fun, and even though we did know where the scare actors could hide we got surprised each and every time. First off was the Zombie-Laboratory, where you get greeted by a crazy scientist that takes you in to his Laboratory where one of his many experiments went wrong and the laboratory is now filled by a deadly virus. He then leads you through a door and you are on your own through his laboratory. This maze was really great, it had a lot of scare actors lurking around the corners. Next up was Blody Smiles. Behind the graveyard by the Amphitheatre you are greeted by a Circus director. He invites you into his circus. He tells you that his clowns haven´t had any to play with in a while and they are eager to play with you. You are then handed a tiny dynamo flashlight and then you will enter the circus. Inside there are a lot of scary clowns lurking in the darkness while creepy circus music is playing, and with no other source of lights than the tiny flash light it gets really scary when the clowns get close and you just see them when you turn around the flash light. This was the scariest of the two mazes. And finally we went for the scare zone. Which was a lot of fun. After all TusenFryd did a really good job and I can´t wait to see what they will do for next year Can´t wait to go back in two weeks

So I just red a Press release from Liseberg. Liseberg will also announce the new ride for 2018 on the 27th, so both the 2017 and 2018 attractions This is going to be soo exciting

I´m hoping for a Zamperla giant discovery

This year TusenFryd will introduce a new season, Halloween. New in 2016 ! Monsters and zombies unleashed at TusenFryd. This year we will celebrate Halloween at TusenFryd with Scare mazes , monsters and exciting activities. You can also prepay the parking if you buy tickets online, then you just pay 40 kr for the parking.

So Ragnarok has opened at TusenFryd and I have had the opportunity to try the ride at least six times now. I have to say that I like the ride more and more after each time. The second drop. Theming looks stunning. It is more grass now, than when I took the pictures last week. Love the theming. Who doesn't want to stay here all day spraying water on all the boats that are passing by? Tusenfryd uploaded a lot of pictures today, the ride is almost complete and they can soon start to fill the ride with water The boats has arrived Upramp and bridge for the ride que line Walkway to the station

They have finished the upramp and the belt inside the station

It could be a huge ferris wheel :O

Update from today, now it's just the whirlpool, station, upramp, tunnel and theming left before it is ready for opening this summer

Remember that the 30th anniversary is comming up in 2018, they might allready plan a coaster for that year
