Did people used to fish in Trout Pond?

Isn't the Trout Pond where the Ride of Steel's helices are?

^ I know all of the lakes that are in Darien Lake (the theme park). There's Sunshine Lake which is where the "public" picnic area is, Elk Lake which is between SplashTown and the Ride of Steel, Fun Lake which is where Skycoaster is and they used have a water ski and high dive show in there during the 1980's, Willow Lake which is by Mind Eraser and Rowdy's Ridge, and there's the lake that the park is name after, Darien Lake which used to have a beach (the beach was there before the theme park) and a paddle boat ride in 1980's.

They could move the boat dock to eitther Darien Lake (the lake) or Willow Lake. If they move the boat dock to Willow Lake the boat dock ops would have to tell riders to stay out of the Mind Eraser area.

Well, the only opition is to get rid of SkyCoaster or the boat dock since they can't really have both over Fun Lake without having a problem!

I just hope the they put new lights on both sides of the Giant Wheel as well moving to boat dock to the other side of Fun Lake where Boomerang is.

^^ I say they turn that building into a museum for the park, now that would be a real waste of space!

Darien Lake should include the follwing improvements for 2013, . Put Strobe lights in Viper's tunnel . Put the mist back on Mind Eraser and Ride of Steel . Repaint Mind Eraser to orange (track) and green (supports) . Repaint Ride of Steel to gray (tracks) and white (supports)

What can destroy Terminus? Megazord!

Now there's an idea for the old building. Put the Scrambler inside the Galaxy Theater, add lights, pulsating dance music and fog and you'd have a new attraction - the "Technodome". I say they put Scrambler in that building that had the sea lion show, give Scrambler a glow in the dark paint job, add black lighting and fog, and add animatronic aliens and call the ride "Alien Invasion".

^ To tell you guys the truth, Darien Lake is going for a Martin's Fantasy Island-like clientele by having more family friendly stuff and not try to be next Cedar Point or SFMM style park!

Are they ever going to fix up Floodgate Falls for 2013?

I just hope they put something in Galaxy Theater in 2013, a Cirque Du Sole-esque show, a sea lion show (again, no way!), a gift shop, anything just anything to please the GP and let's hope they're not going use the building as storage unit for ride parts or something!

Didn't Martin's Fantasy Island had drop tower similar to what Darien Lake's getting?
