She is also wanted for questioning regarding rumors of being a Republican. It all makes sense, now, doesn't it? Update Pre-Opening Welcome back! I have some various shots of the park I took yesterday. Now it's easy to see both of Delta Demon's corkscrews. The station's lights have been toned down a bit. Check back soon for more.

Hopefully I'll have my first deposit in by tonight or tomorrow. I'm trying to work it out where they drop me of at the airport, then head up to Chattanooga and stay there while I'm on the trip. This way they would get a vacation they've been wanting while not having to go to a themepark. Also, with this deal, there's no airfare costs!

Update Pre-Opening Well it's been a few months since I visited the park - work's kept me busy. Since I last visited, the park has begun work on the central section of the park: Carnival Avenir (French for Future Carnival). The area has a very futuristic, bright feel to it. It contrasts greatly with the surrounding areas. The midway games are right up on the boardwalk. The ferris wheel, Cercle Lumiere, will be the flagship icon of Orleans Place Boardwalk when it opens. The entire area has some unique theming. Check back soon for more.

And Then There Were None Chapter 10 - One Soul Remaining Hello there! It is Mr. Owen!! Vera Clayton... dehydrated and starving - stumbled right into her death! So desperate for shelter... she walked right in. Head for the light, Vera, head for the light. As she entered the room there was only one thing for her to see. She walked in, knowing what was going to happen. I'm sure she was still seeing things from her trip! She did exactly what she was supposed to do. As she hung herself, she surprisingly held on for dear life for a short while. As she swung back and forth, she was very much alive. Noticing everything around her. As I entered the room, as she took her last breaths, she gasped, "Mr..." And then there were none.

I'm going to be talking to my parents tonight and showing them the papers. I'm hoping I can coax them into letting me do the Deep South and Texas because I have this feeling that once I'm at the end of the Deep South trip, I'm not gonna want to leave. Besides, I've lived in the "deep south" my whole life - I've never been to Texas!

I got a couple of questions, Robb. 1. I'll be about a month away from turning 18 when the trip starts. Would I be approved? No problem with my parents signing the form. 2. If you could guess, how many people would you say will go on both? Thanks! This might make an awesome senior trip.

The Deep South trip is calling my name! Seems like it would make for the perfect senior trip. The others look great, too!

I hope they're regretting it! I really don't see how they saw how they could make as much money as they were expecting... I understand they had their reasons, but I believe there were some hidden agendas going on as well. Just my opinion.

Today in Economics we had to pick five different corporations to watch over the next six weeks. Being a true coaster nerd, I picked park corporations. With $2,000, I was able to buy nearly 6,000 shares with Six Flags...

At first I was sorta bummed, but now with this Kemah-esque idea in mind, this could turn out to be pretty cool.

If someone in my family gets a stomach virus, I'll have a bit of the feeling I used to get, but it's not too bad. But man, fifth grade... the assistant principal (we lived across from the school and were friends with him) had to come and practically drag me to school - I was that afraid of it. I'm glad I can look back and laugh!

I had it when I was in fifth grade. I was miserable the entire year. That's the worst part - the constant worrying about it makes you feel like you're about to barf... all the time. And then when people in your class started getting the stomach virus that made it 100x worse. The thing with me though, I never throw up. That's what made it really bad. I couldn't remember what it felt like. I've only thrown up a few times in my life. But I threw up after having a seizure that same year. That pretty much ended my emetophobia. Now I've only thrown up once since that, but the thought of throwing up doesn't bother me as much.
