  1. Auqatrax? That would be the best possible thing. How many aquatrax are there in the world?
  2. Yeah, I have had good visits at Knotts but if Xcelerator wasn't open I would never go because that is there signature ride. Ghost Rider is so painful now. People are gonna die on that ride lol
  3. They have been hiding all info about this coaster for quite some time now which makes me think its something a little special.
  4. Totally agree with you there. Has Cedar Fair really added a favorite to Knotts since Accelerator? The Knotts family had started Ghostrider when CF took over(and it was running well) Accekerator kicks A$$ and is in my top ten due to the ridicoulas amount of ejecor airtime I got on it in June(1st time in back seat) but it ruins a bit of the ambiance of the classic boardwalk. It did kind of need a coaster, though. Silver Bullet is fun, but never really crowded(the capaciy is good though) but that ride destroyed the park. A B&M in the ghost town area of the park with no theming besides a stage coach with the word silver bullet is an ambiance killer. Sierra Sidewinder- I lied, I like this one quite a bit and it goes well in camp snoopy. There is little to no theming though, and it is a little to bright, but its in camp snoopy. Pony Express- White water wilderness was one of the last areas of knotts with charm, the coaster ruined that. The coaster is also uncomfortable, slow, too short, and not at all thrilling.(even for a kiddie) Cedar Fair also removed tampico tumbler which is a rare(they are rare, right?) flat ride and replaced it with a giant frisbee. I like la revolucion, but it goes in terribly with the area, and the tumbler was my favorite flat ride, probaby ever. Also, the removal of kingdom of the dinosaurs is and will forever be a travesty. I agree with almost everything you said. Cedar Fair needs to stop giving Knotts bottom of the barrel stuff. Pony Express is a COMPLETE joke. It's the worst ride in the park pretty much. Knotts should get a good hyper coaster and just take out pony express.
  5. I would be pretty disappointed. I think it will be something like along the lines of Sierra Sidewinder.
  6. I will be THRILLED if the line is only 45 minutes for X2. Both times I have went on X2 the line has been 100min (1hr 40min).
  7. Isn't a hyper coaster one that has a drop of over 200ft, has no inversions, and has a chain lift? Goliath meets all of those requirements so its a Hyper then, right?
  8. LOL I totally remember the Ninja ride worker who would shout Hiiiiiya!
  9. I am probably going to SFmm for my third time this year on the day after thanksgiving! Hopefully no one will go because they will be to full lol
  10. yeah the second half of Goliath is terrible but the first half is pretty good. Too bad they couldn't have more hills like that one. I'm not a fan of most inversion but Pretzel loops and zero G rolls are awesome.
  11. Sadly, the only two hypers I have been on are Goliath and Desperado. lol Just by looking at POV's on the internet of hypers like Nitro, Apollos chariot, diamondback,Behemoth, etc, I can tell there better then Goliath at magic mountain lol. It seems like all the good hypers in north america are on the mid/east coast. D: Maybe when I'm a little older I can go on one of the trips that you guys go on. I would pick one that visits Cedar Point Btw, thats cool that you live down the street from Six Flags mm. I live 2 hours away from there which isn't too bad. My local park is Legoland haha! I live about an hour away from Knotts.
  12. The last time I was at Knotts, (Dec. 2008) It rained in the morning and everyone left the park but we stayed and in an hour it cleared up. That day, I got on a total of 40 rides!!!!! I felt spoiled with luck Xcelerator x10 Silver Bullet x10 Ghost Rider x2 Montezuma x4 Boomerang x2 Sierra Sidewinder x4 Pony Express x1 Jaguar x1 Log Ride x3 Supreme Scream x3 The only thing we didn't get to ride was Perilous Plunge because it was winter time and no one wanted to get wet lol. Ghost Rider is the most painful ride on Earth and that is why we only rode it twice haha. Xcelerator was amazing especially because in the last hour of the day, we were able to ride it 8 consecutive times without getting off in the front row!!!!!! Silver bullet was great as always. The log ride had amazing scenery since it was Knotts "merry" farm.
  13. I always thought that those two were the same thing. Whats so different about them that made you like Titan better?
  14. Exactly, I find myself riding that ride for that one airtime hill which is pathetic since he should have like 10 of those ;D
  15. I was in the front row of silver bullet and the person working there was telling everyone all the statistics of the ride. He said Silver Bullet has 6 inversions and then I blurted out "a loop, cobra roll, zero g roll, and 2 corkscrews/wingovers" and then the guy was impressed
  16. That is insane!!! You should totally design park maps. That map looks better then then the actual Hershey park map
  17. Cedar Point is my dream park. When I get old enough I'm definitely going here and I'll probably stop by Kings Island and Holiday World if i get the chance.
  18. Goliath (am magic mountain) isn't very good at all in my opinion. Hyper coasters should be like Behemoth, Diamondback, or Nitro with loads of airtime. All Goliath gives me is one good hill after the second drop. Then It gets all weird with the twisty stuff and the blackout helix =\
  19. yeah, I heard it was suppose to be a "family" coaster. Well, they will tied with Cedar point after this.
  20. Does anyone know any info about Six Flags 17th coaster? They announced that they were getting their 17th a while back but I still don't know anything about it.
