The fright fest line up this really disappointed me. It's pretty much a carbon clone of last year's event with the exception of the new scare zone my Terminator, which was most likely only put there to promote the new ride. I really was hoping the funds from last years event with the bracelets would allow for this year's event to host some new mazes. I believe fright fest is a great event the first time, but having attended the event now 5-6 years in a row with the same mazes year after year gets pretty boring. I can pretty much point to every possible hiding place for the actors before they scare me, so I think for magic mountain to increase on there ability to bring people back yearly they really need to mix things up yearly.

Speaking of Fright Fest, is there any information yet on what mazes will be around this year. I really am hoping they have a new one or two or at least bring back some of their better ones that were absent last year like Carnage E. Hall and Blood Falls. -
Would anyone who has been to fright fest this year like to post a review of the new maze, because I am really curious to find out if it is any good. The pictures Robb has doesn't make it look to good, especial compared to all the other mazes Also I really still want SFMM to bring back the theater maze, because it not only had a great story, but it had the best sets I think, including the elevator, and the final scene. It did vary from year to year, but it was still my favorite.

I am really excited for Quarantine this year! It looks breath taking, and a maze that will truly immerse you in a scary dark frighting and deadly maze environment. I really can't believe lost vegas returned again. Its a funny maze, but really just a let down compared to all the other mazes, but at least its only 1 out of 13 that is bad. -
I really don't think the Hard Rock Park is going to last to much longer. Its a fantastic park, but with such low attendance levels, and the constant cute of staff really just leans towards a closure of the park. Of course this is the park's first year, but it just isn't looking to good for Hard Rock Park.

OMG I LOVE THE BOOK THIS IS BASED ON!!!! I read it last summer, and I fell in love with it. I hope you give the story a new twist, and make it your own. -

X is truly amazing, and if I had to choose a more traditional roller coaster it have to be Viper. Its amazing, but thats only since they adjusted the trains. Before they fixed it up, I thought it was the worst ride ever, no joke. -
I can't believe they got it open by this thursday!!! I was there on Wednesday, and it differently didn't look ready for it to be open by the next day. On Wednesday they had a crane, for the sign had yet to go up, and the fountain tops were not on yet. There were also some plastic people on the ground, and all the gift shops merchandise was spread out in front of the gift shop. The plants weren't in the ground either, but that didn't happen by thursday I see. I honestly just can't believe how fast the wrapped it up.

I asked to re-ride with the other train with music, but they said no. I knew it was coming though because there are a few signs in the queue that say the park is not responsible if some of the effects don't work. On the space mountain note, I rode it once last year, and the in the middle of the ride the music just cut out. That kind of ruined the ride some what, but everything else was working great. My problem with X was only half of the effects where working. The plasma in the station wasn't even working. I know with space that a simple error must have occurred, but with X they simply didn't 1 of the trains working with the sound system. At first you could tell from being near the lift that one of the trains wasn't working right, and then once in the station it was official that one of the trains didn't have the audio working.

X2 @ SFMM -
^We did ask about it, and the train just wasn't functional. I know Disney would in a heart beat, but Six Flags, well I never except anything like that. I guess honestly the park hasn't taken two steps back, but being a local, and riding X2 in such a poor condition with it being new, just was sad. My friend and I just walked away really pist, and disappointed, so thats why they took two steps back in my book.
