Why you may ask, well because its a very small park, so I thought it would be "easy" This has turned out to be very difficult, but here is what I have so far BTW the Galaxi coaster is IMPOSSIBLE to even come close to in RCT3 you can download a park map fron the Cliff's site http://www.cliffs.net here we go Here is the first drop Here is the Kiddie area nestled in a the coaster Here is a view of the main entrance Here is an overhead shot of the park

The Grizzly is my least favorite coaster, Maybe after I ride the Psyclone I'll have a new one YEAAAH!!! I don't know why, but every time I went to PGA I would get on the grizzly and I was always sorry I wasted my time (SCBB is my old home park, so brain thinks woodie=good)

I cannot say that I have ever cared much for Water Parks, but my daughter is all excited to have her birthday at Cliff's Water Monkey Adventure

What is your favorite Roller Coaster?
crispy replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Well for now this is my favorite coaster We will see after I visit SFMM New Mexico Rattler Here is a GREAT picture from some site called Themeparkreview.com New Mexico Rattler Here is the only pic I could find from My last time there, It's the train going underground. Second, but very close would be the SCBB Giant Dipper A picture of the New Mexico Rattler going into the shed and underground -
I'll give you some of my favorite bands, but no specific songs Sikth Dark Tranquility Edguy Lost Horizon Twilighting Sonata Artica In Flames Arch Enemy Sentenced Entwine Most of you may not of heard of these bands, some are Melodic Death, some are Power Metal (ie Iron Maiden), and some are Goth Metal You get the general Idea, I am very picky about the music I listen to, but if a band is good

Okay thanks alot, Six Flags Magic Moutain it is, As long as its better tha Paramount Great America I'll be happy Is Psyclone as bad as they say it is
-
What do you mean "Good Day?"
-
The truth is we are going because the biggest park we have been to is Paramount Great America, and would like to ride some good coasters, but not totally abandon the kids, there will be plenty of family so we can go on coasters, and let the kids have fun at the same time. With what you have said we are leaning toward SFMM like on a tuesday or someting

Best park to visit in LA
crispy replied to germancoasterfan's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Paramounts Great America is in Santa Clara, Ca or about 2 seconds from San Jose, wish is about 45 min south of San Francisco If you like wooden coasters, and you happen to rent a car, the drive down highway 1 from San Francisco to Santa Cruz is breath taking, then you can stop by the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and ride the best woodie is California -
What about California Adventure, I have heard people here say some good stuff about this park

Just wondering if the NM Rattler was good enough to make the detour to Albuquerque again and visit our miniture park? And to make it a two-fer We are planning to go to SoCal this summer, probably July, We were thinking of hitting Knott's, because of my inability to behave in large crowds (actually I just hate them is all), I have been to Disneyland, and Knotts many years ago, never to SFMM So the question is With a small kid (5) and a baby, are we doing the right thing in going to Knott's and avoiding SFMM and Disney, or are the crowds managable during the weekdays
-
its real simple, For the normal everyday cars, an automatic is perfect, who wants to drive through traffic in a stick? For sportier cars, and I don't just mean corvette's, you have to have a stick, it is ALOT more fun to drive our Tiburon with the Six-Speed, than it would be with the Auto
-
My first real coaster was the Giant Dipper as well, at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. I then made the long trek to PGA to check out the Grizzly, and it sucked, thank god they have some decent steel coasters there, I LOVE Top Gun
-
My dissapiontment stems from the fact that we went to this park, and I was looking foward to a roller coaster ride, after the kiddie coaster near the main pavilion, we made a beeline for the express, and lo and behold, its a "family" coaster, with a hieght requirment, some of the "family" we were with, could not ride. Anyway I ended up going to the SCBB the next day to ride the Giant Dipper I had fun, but if we had a choice between Bonfonte Gardens and Paramount Great America, we would go with PGA
-
I have been there three times, and had a moderatly good time, the attraction we had the most fun on was the waterfall. Its a awesome looking park, but the rides are totaly meh All I can say is, how much better of a park would it be if they had CCI put in a coaster instead of that steel lame'o coaster they have now

Your 2005 Travel Plans - Where are you going?
crispy replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Well, being the poor shmuck that I am and with a five year old and one due in May, I have laid out an extensive and aggresive vacation plan for the summer sometime between april 2nd and October, whenever it closes, I'm positive we will goto Cliff's Amusment park, at least once there you have it Actually we are planing one trip to SoCal in July to try to hit Knott's, not a huge fan of Disneyland, and the overwelming crowds, I hear the same about SFMM.(NEVER BEEN TO SFMM) Whith the young ones, and a five year old who loves any coaster she can get on, is Knott's the best or should we drop by Disney or SFMM?, and are they very VERY busy in July -
Most people are having problems because you NEED an Nvidia or ATI card, and not one that is built into the motherboard. Most new computers come with decent graphics chipsets built in, but RCT3 requires a good video card. So when the Dude bought a dell, they didn't tell him it would never run RCT3 unless he forked out at least another $50 on a video card
