  1. ^^I did update, I just accidentally hit submit before I was finished with the full update.
  2. Update! I know it's been a little while, but school is slowing my progress. I graduate from highschool in 7 more weeks! Anyways, work has begun on a new monorail because there have been complaints about the long walks. Also a new B&M Dive Machine named Abyss has been added as well as the Abyss Cafe. Well, onto the pictures! SCR11.BMP Here's the main entrance station of the monorail. Hopefully it will be completed soon. SCR20.BMP And as always, Overview! SCR19.BMP Abyss Cafe, where you can buy anything related to Abyss. SCR18.BMP Awesome splash down ending. SCR16.BMP Lift and drop. SCR15.BMP It's Abyss! This Dive Machine is awesome. It has no inversions, but what it lacks in inversions, it makes up for in airtime! SCR14.BMP Here's the entry to the new section of the park, Thrill Zone. There's that thing again in the top left corner. SCR13.BMP There's the second station. Oh, and what's that in the top of the picture? SCR12.BMP The first track heading to the first secondary station of the monorail.
  3. Update! The park has traded hands again. Cedar Fair sold the park to a new company based out of San Antonio, TX. This new company's name is Razor Thrills. The company's founder, David Williams, has set Golden River as it's flagship park and claims it will be such to rival Cedar Point on both Thrills and sheer abundance of rides. Onto the pics: SCR10.BMP Last but not least, as usual, I leave you with an over view which also shows some of the new landscaping back behind Decimator. See you next time! SCR8.BMP Also new is this second entryway to Marioland. Not as cool as the old one, but far more convenient. SCR6.BMP The other new ride, an Indoor kiddie coaster, Luigi's Twister. SCR5.BMP One of the two new rides, Peach's Tea Party. I love teacups. SCR4.BMP Drop, err... I mean The Scream Generator is sporting a new paint job. SCR3.BMP Over on the Beach Boardwalk, Beach Plaza, a giant gift shop, has now opened. SCR2.BMP Here's the new entry garden where Coal Rush and Timmy's Twister used to be. Those two rides are long gone now. SCR1.BMP New signage on the entry building proclaiming the new management.
  4. ^ Okay if it makes you feel any better. The park is looking at the eventual removal of Coal Rusher and Timmy's Twister. That area of the park is a little over crowded. Seriously though, is there such a thing as too many coasters in a park this size. I think I used too big of a map for my style. Update tomorrow! --500th post!--
  5. ^ There's only 8 and one pseudo credit... Anyways, I'll try to get an update up tomorrow. Updates might begin to be sparse as school is starting back up, but hang with me, I will finish this park.
  6. This is a really cool looking game. It's realistic and free! I'll be patiently awaiting this game's release.
  7. ^ Is that even possible? Update! Three new attractions have been added. Also the Boardwalk area has been transformed into Beach Boardwalk. Ok, enough talking, onto the pics. SCR55.BMP And one of the entire park. Until next time, bye. SCR50.BMP One of Marioland... SCR48.BMP A new Arrow looper, Wario's Treasure Hunt! I love Arrows, and this is no exception. I will now leave you with two overveiws... SCR49.BMP Over in Marioland, a new shooting dark ride, Boo Blasters, has been added. It's a really nice one with an interesting high speed section. Now onto the start attraction of this update... SCR53.BMP Of course with any beach boardwalk, you get a Reverchon Wild Mouse. Yea, moving on. Capacity nightmare. SCR54.BMP Here's a better view of the boardwalk area. SCR52.BMP Here's the new extension. The part I like to call Palm Alley. SCR51.BMP Here's the new entryway to Beach Boardwalk. The ground has been changed to sand and a new pond has been added as the "ocean." Yeah, I wonder how long this idea will last.
  8. ^ I'm using some custom made rides. Most are by Amazing Earl. Update! There's not much to update on. One ride has been moved and two new ones have been added as well as a new gift shop/food court. Also on a happy note, Dueling Splashers' station has now been fixed! Now, onto the pictures. SCR47.BMP I now leave you with a current overveiw so as to see the park's progress and the remaining area in which it has to expand. SCR46.BMP Of course the current main attraction is Mario Kart Raceway. SCR45.BMP Marioland! Now named Peaches' Castle. Marioland has much more to be added but is looking fairly good currently. The yellow building in the center is Yoshi's Garden, an antique car ride around a small butterfly garden. SCR44.BMP In other news, Forest Fortress is gone and has been moved to... SCR43.BMP First run of Dueling Splashers V2! SCR42.BMP It's done! SCR41.BMP Almost there... SCR40.BMP They had to readjust a few walls so they had to tear out the rest of the roof. Now all the walls are up and repainted! SCR39.BMP Hooray! Holes in the roof and new paint on the walls.
  9. Thanks again everybody. I'll try to have another update up later tonight or tomorrow. Reon: I would do what you said about the rapid, if it weren't for the fact that most of the ride is underground. Thanks for the tip though.
  10. Thanks everyone. Update! 2 more rides have been added as well as some changes in scenery. I'll let the pictures do the talking now. *As a side note, I would like to thank riccoaster for his helpful advice and inspiration* SCR29.BMP As a preview to the next update, I present the entrance to the new kid's area. Mario Land!!! SCR9.BMP Check out the new paint job on Dueling Splashers. Hopefully this means a change in station soon. SCR8.BMP White Water Falls has finally gotten a station. SCR7.BMP Here's a good look at the current state of the boardwalk area. It will soon be expanded. SCR6.BMP Here's Acid River, the new Intamin Rapids Ride located in the new boardwalk area of the park. SCR1.BMP Here's an overview of the entire ride. SCR4.BMP CF strikes again, we welcome Flight Deck, a new B&M Invert, to the park!
  11. I've never gotten sick on a ride. The only time I can say I've felt sick is with the light headedness obtained after being submitted to the Vekoma treatment.
  12. Count me in! This would be fun to see something I design become reality.
  13. This is a really nice park. Very compact. That is a lot of room for a kiddie coaster, maybe it will be bigger and he's just telling us this to make it a surprise. ^ No, he has Surfin' USA blocked off from the construction area, so it will be staying. I hope...
  14. Nice TR, glad you had a good time. It sucks it rained on you though. Hopefully you can go back sometime soon and get what you missed.
  15. Update! It's only a small update, but it feels necessary after the addition of 4 new rides. SCR31.BMP The biggest new addition is Decimator, a B&M Standup. SCR30.BMP Just because I thought it was necessary to show this, here are the amazing stats for Skyline! Yes, that is a 10, no it is not photoshopped, and no I did not use 8 cars. SCR38.BMP To top it all off, here's a new overveiw of the park! SCR37.BMP Here's the new round up as well as the new food court in challenge park. SCR36.BMP Here's the new Intamin Skytower. It gives a great view of the park. SCR35.BMP Here's the station and biggest drop. SCR34.BMP Also new is this awesome Log Flume, Blood River Mines! SCR33.BMP I really like how twisted it is. SCR32.BMP It's a lot of fun, but still isn't the best.
  16. Great pictures. EK looks awesome, a much needed addition to the park. I hope I can get out there sometime.
  17. Well here goes, please note this park is no where near done. This park started out as a privately owned, small park on the side of a small river, but recently has been bought out by Cedar Fair and has been extended onto both sides of the river one side being the main park and the other side being challenge park. Well, on to the pics. SCR28.BMP Here finally to end this is an overveiw of the park as it is so far. Next update will come soon, including more rides and more theming! So stay tuned! SCR26.BMP Here's the awesome Helix filled ending of it. That second helix is very forceful. SCR25.BMP It's so big I can't give you a picture of the first half. Here's the MCBR and the first of many bunny hills. SCR24.BMP It's Skyline! The park's Intamin Hyper! As well as the park's wave swinger. SCR23.BMP Here's the park's Vekoma rollerskater, Timmy's Twister. Also seen is the park's scrambler. Yea, nothing to say, moving on. Oh what's that i see in the lower left hand corner? Is it? It is... SCR22.BMP Here's the park's pseudo credit for the kiddies, Coal Rush. It's a powered coaster that is supposed to be a junior version of Gold Rush. Pictured behind it is Hammerhead. SCR21.BMP Here is this side of the park's only water ride. White Water Falls. Yea, that's it. It's a soaker though. Also seen is Forest Fortress, a walk through dark ride. SCR20.BMP Now, the park's Arrow Mine Train, Gold Rush. One of my personal favorites in the park. It is very unique as its station is under ground. SCR19.BMP White Streak has a classic out-and-back layout with plenty of airtime. SCR18.BMP Now we move over to the main park. First stop, the park's classic PTC woodie, White Streak! Also pictured are the Carousel and Himalaya. SCR16.BMP Here's a better look at the layout. The green track is named Stingray and the brown track is named Starfish. *psst, Stingray always wins* SCR15.BMP Why, it's the coaster with the atrocious station, Dueling Splashers! It's a fun ride, but CF really needs to do some work on this building. SCR14.BMP Here are the other rides on this side. Chaos and Invert are probably the best flats at this park. What's that I see in the bottom right corner? SCR13.BMP Here is Drop Zone, the park's Intamin Drop Tower. It's one of the shortest ones I've seen lately, but it's still fun. SCR12.BMP Here are the hot ticket items on this side of the park. Interlocking tracks of Go Karts and Dirt Bikes. SCR11.BMP We'll start at Challenge Park, the smaller side of the park. SCR10.BMP Welcome to Golden River Amusement Park!
  18. Halelujah praise Jehova! The park is saved! Good April Fools joke, I was hoping you hadn't gone out of your mind with building that pos .
  19. Just a question, but are we limited to adding only two coasters per month?
  20. Good pics. The ones from the shows are kind of blurry though. Just one question, why are there cowboys in Russia?
  21. Um sorry man, but that coaster is just ugly. The laterals would kill someone. Also, what's the deal with the tiny little bunny hill at the bottom of the tophat?
  22. Oh man, I'm sorry to hear this. Hopefully your computer can be fixed quickly. Thankfully you were able to save your park. I hate when these things happen.
  23. Wow, another great one. The landscaping is beautiful. I like that weird Cobra Roll, it looks better than a normal one.
  24. Great TR man. I need to get up there sometime soon when Dollywood's open, it seems everytime I'm in the area it's closed. Anyways, what no picture of Dolly?
