i was really worried. my sister was in London for a month on a Mission Trip to "missionize" or evangelize to the many Muslims and other non-christians there (my family is quaker! otherwise known as friends (http://www.lbfc.org) i love it there). I was sleeping when my brother called my cell phone to tell me to email my sister (am the computer savvy one in the family and my brother lives somewhere else in the world). I still had little idea of what was going on and I saw on TV (at 4 AM) that 2 people were confirmed dead (wonderful news -- sarcasm, fyi) and power surges and bombs and what not. Although, i was at hopes for London that the dead toll would stay at two.. and it slowly climbed up from there, i was really worried about my sister, the tube and the buses we're the only bits of transportation her bank account had access to, and it was her day off of the whole week. well, shes okay, and yet, am still a bit thrown off of my usual cycle. summer = sleep, and bore from summer homework mucho somniferous. (that's what i get from going into a college-prepatory magnet program thing of extra curricular experiences)... yep. so exciting, riveting, i might say.
