  1. First of all I am a big Harry Potter fan. But I am probably the only fan to not want to see them expand WWoHP. After going to IOA for the first time in Feb, I went because of WWoHP, the Lost Continent was my second favorite section of the park behind WWoHP. I think instead of an expansion to WWoHP they should focus on the Marvel land and turn it into a Sifi City like the one in USS, since Disney owns Marvel and sooner or later they will have to rebrand anyways.
  2. I could see them removing the swinging ship, the group area behind it, and also the stadium. That would open up a nice spot for a beach side woodie. The only problem is the beach entrance there which they could easily move.
  3. My heart goes out to all of Will's family and friends. This is so hard for me to believe, I was so shocked. The amusement park world lost a great person and I believe it will never be the same.
  4. Thanks for building a park right in my backyard.
  5. "Two down...one to go." Thats an easy one. Two projects have already been announced the past week and now Cedar Point's is next.
  6. After reading all the clues and seeing all the pictures, I have come to this conclusion. I have no idea what this ride, or what ever it is, is going to be. I guess we just have to wait for the announcement.
  7. ^ I think I could get over a loss of a coaster to finally see a Land of Giants be built, even though I don't think that will happen.
  8. I was there that day too. We were towards the front of the line for Maverick when it brock down and waited for like an hour and half until they tolds us it would be a while. Other then that it was a nice day to go.
  9. I'm not the best source since I hardly post anything, so believe me or not. While I was sitting by Maverick yesterday, two guys with Gravity Group shirts on walk by me. They looked really official, so maybe Cedar Point is getting a nice wooden coaster, but then again they were walking towards Mean Streak, so maybe they could be retracking it, which wouldn't be that bad.
  10. I got a new computer and was able to get my rct2 working again. I have started a park but I can't find the screenshots. I have Windows Vista now. Can someone please tell me where I can find the screenshots. Thanks.
  11. Diamondback does what an out and back coaster is supposed to do and does even more. It goes out with really big hills, does a turn around then comes back with some bunny hops, but then B&M added the helixs and the splashdown to make the coaster even better. So I don't understand all the complaining about when this coaster does more then an average hyper coaster. I for one can't wait to go back to King's Island next year to ride this.
  12. Thanks and not to be rude but I only use my own designs.
  13. In the news video John Pierce, who they said designed the Rattler, said that a good coaster shouldn't beat you up. Wasn't the Rattle very rough and a horrible ride or am I wrong? It makes it seem very ironic.
  14. Special Update The track work for the coaster is complete. It looks to be a fun ride for the little kids. It also looks like Surfin' U.S.A. will be safe, so thats good. The park is also looking for suggestions for a name for the new coaster so if any of you have any ideas you should post them. Here are some pictures. SCR56.BMP The coaster. SCR52.BMP I decided to put in a picture of the new Dune Buggies.
  15. Construction Update This is a new picture showing off the entire construction area for the new roller coaster. I was told it was going to be just a kiddy coaster because the other two coaster are geared more to adults. Here is the pictures. SCR55.BMP The construction area.
  16. I am starting to really like this park. To bad RCT3 won't work for me or I would download it.
  17. The park looks great. To bad it isn't real because if it was it would be considered as my home park.
  18. Construction Update I went to the park to check out the construction. It looks like Dune Buggies are safe but are going to be smaller, which the good part of them are still there. The construction area is really small though, so it might not be for a new coaster. We will see. Here is a picture. SCR50.BMP New Picture.
  19. Construction Update When I went to the park today I found out that they put up construction walls around part of dune buggies, which was closed. When I went on Tidal Force I saw that the sand was cleared, the pond was drained, and trees were gone. So maybe this is this is for the rumored coaster. Here is a picture. SCR49.BMP Construction Area.
  20. Year 5 For the park's fifth season they upgraded the back section of the Forest area with two new rides, a singing ship named Crazy Canoe and a helicopter ride called Tee Top Explorer. These are located around the pond in the Forest area. I think these new rides make the area look a lot nicer. I also keep hearing rumors of a new roller coaster for next year, so we can only hope. Here are the pictures, comments please. SCR48.BMP Another View SCR47.BMP Overview of the new rides.
  21. Year 4 I finally made it back to the park for its forth year really late in the season. The only thing new this year is a redesigned entrance. The old entrance had to many trees so they took those out and added more flags to the area. I was told the park would add more rides for their fifth year. There was track in a fenced off portion of the parking lot but it didn't look like coaster track, so I think it could be for some kind of dark ride, which could be really cool. Here are the pictures. SCR46.BMP The track, doesn't look like coster track but we can hope for one. SCR44.BMP The new entrance which is much more open.
  22. ^^ Sorry but I started building the walls after original scenario was finished, so I don't have the complete walls by themselves.
  23. Year 3 Sorry the update for year 3 is very small but the park did build a new ride. The ride is called Diver and it is located just right of the park entrance in the Beach area. Here are the pictures. SCR43.BMP Back view of diver. SCR42.BMP Front view of Diver.
  24. ^ The slides are not rideable. ^^ Couger is only 75 feet tall and the bottom of the roof is 85 feet tall, so it is just short enough.
