Next on the Scandi smile cam trail was a very wet day at Sommerland Syd and Legoland! All the photos here are mostly Robb's as I was very wet, very cold and just down right too lazy to get my camera out in the rain. The 2 team leaders shake hands and end this update in style! Next update is Farup Sommerland (OBSTACLE COURSE!) "Hey good buddy come here for a hug on your victory and a sneeky kick in the testicle!" We are the brit crew and we are VICTORIOUS! Jason getting even more of the big man! Anyone see a pattern developing here? Lou feels naughty after taking the tunnel. Lou: "Oh I see a tunnel that needs to be taken" Ron is happy he has survived and Anth has found a god to pray to! Ron is screaming for his life and Anth has resorted to laughing at his impending DOOOOM Anth is thinking "I will pray to my god. Oh crap I don't have a god!" This is a look of worry and concern. Does that mean a inverted Boomerang or a big moster alien called Robbo is coming to attack. Anth is trying out his model pose while Hanno sneaks in with his cartoon pose. Steve: "Hey TPR is welcome to check out my backside any time" Larry: "Well who knew, maybe I will put that in he park index" I have no idea what happened here and I would normaly make some funny caption about how Anth looks inncoent and Larry is pretending he has done nothing by checking what happened, but I am very tired, so I am just going to assume Larry pinched Steve's backside and Anth enjoyed the view. Well as you said please I will start sorting out the photos now. I also have a very good Hansa Park video to go up soon. All I will say is "40 Chins" and that is what the video is off!

It is a great function! It is not the base of all my trip reports! It's such a great feature for lazy people like me.

Okay I have been very busy with work and other things so i havent had much time to sort the photos for the updates, but I have managed to sort out Hansa Park photos. I dont have time to do much of a review on Hansa but I will say simply It's AWESOME! Go there and ride Novgorod!, the best Eurofighter out there! "Hey, 40 chins between us isnt to bad, means I only had 20" Then as Elissa put it Robb and Hanno develop 40 chins between them! Then INSANITY begins. This is how you start out on Crazy Mine. The queues were not too bad, 45 mins for Fury so i Xpress passed it ALOT! and 30 mins for Bubbleworks. But that was it.

On Sunday Brobee decided that instead of going to a rubbish music festival in Ashford with only 4 rides he would go to Chessington and PARTY PARTY! Here are some photos of Brobee's amazing day out at Chessington World of Adventures and Zoo!!!! And this AWESOME ride op Sam! Make sure you say Hi to this guy when you are at Chessington next. Brobee and me had a great time at Chessington and will be going again very soon! Hope you enjoyed the trip report and a HD POV of Dragon's Fury should be avaliable soon. It's not time to eat yet Brobee! Brobee is tall enough to ride everything with a height limit over 1.1m YAY!! Brobee arrives at Chessington early ready for a day full of fun filled Chessington fun! And possibly a snack or two!

The plans have been released for the new land at Chessington and from what I can tell we are going to see a highly theme Jungle land! Featuring a Zamperela Disko Coaster which will sit where the Dodgems are currently located. Also confirmed is the relocation of Bash Street Bus and The Dodgems in the same land, a reptile attraction and a hostpitality marquee. Bash Street Bus will be relocated to where the Dragons Fury Beanoland entrance is and the Dodgems will be relocated to where the Ballon Battle up charge attractions now is. ^ Totaly agree Larry Dragon's Fury is the best spinner there is. Better then Winjas even!!! Who here is hoping like me that the new land will be Yo Gabba Gabba Land!

I think it is about time they did something about Beanoland as it has become a terrible mess, the paint has faded, the fountains don't work and the whole place just looks like a comic that has been left outside in the rain. I think it will be very interesting to see what they come up with as a new theme for the land and if they will fix up all the air powered foam ball cannons that don't work anymore or just remove them.

Chessington World of Adventures has submitted planning permission for the redevelopment of 'Beanoland', including the relocation and/or re-theming of existing structures/buildings, the installation of a new disc ride, the creation of a bird walkthrough enclosure, landscaping and engineering works. http://maps.kingston.gov.uk/isis_main/P ... trHeader=Y Beanoland has become very run down over the years and now is getting the attention it needs. So what theme do you think will suit the land now it seems Beano will be leaving us at the end of the season? What would you like to see as the "disc ride"? A Disko maybe?

WOW I really should'nt hold it in for so long! But Will on the other hand is full on and even added thrusting into the mix! Steven looks very innocent with his pumping actions. I vote for the original photo of Elissa because as Robb said "It is STILL to this day the BEST PHOTO EVER POSTED TO TPR"

The Jungle coaster was not running on my visit and looked like it may be down for while as it had a hired in cherry picker there and the park are very sure that it will not open soon. My guess is they are waiting for a part to be delivered. The best new attraction is defiantly Viking River Splash and will be featured in the next part of the update, which will be tomorrow along with Lego Racers pre-show and driver creation video plus Laser Raiders pre-show and POV.

Yesterday I took a trip down to Legoland to get some footage in HD and meet up with Will & Steven. I haven't been to Legoland in about 2 years so I was looking forward to going and seeing how much the park had changed in that time. I was very impressed with the new additions to the park and the overall atmosphere was amazing. I will explain more about the day and what I thought of the park in the photos below. After our intense race we headed over to Fire Academy, which is where my photo TR will end for the moment. But stay tuned for Part 2 where I will introduce you to Larry and have a POV of Laser Raiders ready for you all! This is what I really was wishing the sexy ride ops would be wearing but no such luck. BTW sorry Divv but no photos of Larry but there is plenty of video! This dude tried to point us in the wrong direction but we knew better then to trust someone who has a Lego visor that isnt made of clear Lego bricks. After going up the hill we arrived at the one and only Lego Racers!! On our way to the next and most competative ride of the day we took the hill train, which for the first time ever I have seen with no queue. Will kept himself ammused between rides by drinking Alien urine, which apparently tastes very nice. DANGER! If you are caught to be breaking any TPR rules the following WILL happen to you! This is how wet you get on Pirate Falls! This one is for you Steve BANG! and the pirate with the cannon fires his gun so hard that he fell back off! "Holy Crap I'm naked, but after all these years I still have'nt thought to get the clothes off the washing line and put them on" We used this entrance but beware you must be a silver Lego dude to use it. Which is exactly what we did do! Will is so happy he took the tunnel he wanted to make sure everyone knows, before we moved onto Pirate Falls! Next up on the Q-Bot list for us was Dragon's Apprentice. Steven: "Yea i'm cool I can handle this beast" Will: "Holy crap, do I have to take that tunnel" Me: "I've taken bigger tunnels then that in my time" Steven's expression still has not changed and will now seems to have had something forced some place he was'nt expecting. Steven: "Hey, check me out i'm on Smile Cam" Will: "Oh someone just pinched my backside" *sigh* "I've been doing this job for 11 years now and I still havent managed to get a woman or move out from my parents house" "Hey ladies check out my tounge, don't mind my friend who is making out with a Lego cup, he has a cup fetish." "Im angry Lego Knight, don't mess with me as I have no shoulders or elbows, just spheres! Grrrrrrrrrr" After Laser Raiders we booked a slot for the Dragon and headed over there. Laser Raiders is in the Kingdom of the Pharaohs and the entrance is what used to be the Circus tent. Me being as clever as I am did not take any photos of it but I will have the POV up very soon. And we went over to Q-Bot central to pick up our first ever Q-Bot! It's so cute! (The Q-Bot not me) We booked our first ride of the day as Laser Raiders! After arriving late due to traffic I met up with Will & Steven.

Payback will be coming I can promise that! And that frog hopper was amazing, I rode it something like 4 times in the rain with Kristen. Beware of the testicle crushing abilitys of that ride though. Great photos as usual and I especially like the one you got of me filming Terry at almost the same moment smile cam picked that expression up!

I know nothing of any major crashes in the Grand Prix and most deffinetly did NOT have the biggest crash of the day causing any damage to any vehicles what so ever.

I have a video of you giving your last rights before you leave the station with Robb as brakeman Steve. It is quite funny to see the fear in some of your eyes

Okay time for some great news everyone! Robb has donated his Smile Cam photos to the cause which now means I can do one park an update!! Hope you all enjoy todays update from Bakken. Hanno, don't know if you know this as a proffesional TPR photographer but it does help to have your eyes open when taking photos! Must have TPDave cartoon photo! Terry: "Oh Mr Brakeman, you are very good with that lever" Big Mike: "Yey I have the top half of my head back" Tom: "OH NO more clampage of the package" Big Mike: "This ride is great! But how dare you chop of half my head good buddy" Tom: "OH THANK GOD!, they have finnally let go" Big Mike is still loving it, while Tom is getting more and more concerned that the woodland creatures have reduced his child making chances by 50% Is it me or does Tom look like he has had his testicles squashed by a small woodland creature? This is Bakken's Scenic railway. Everyone was nice and calm at this point as you can see before the INSANITY started.

See I left a lasting impression on Finland!!! Was an amazing place and I have now marked that patch as my own!

Power Park was amazing. The ride ops reaction to the "fat train" was brilliant. I'm a bit gutted there was no photo of me taking a leak at 20 to 1 in the morning but oh well. Great update. Cant wait for the Grand Prix one.

Grona Lund was AMAZING, great atmosphere, great rides and boobies! What more could you possibly ask for! Insane was correctly named because it made my head go Insane! I thought you would have see a certian photo of me, but luckily for the moment you haven't. I'm sure it will be up soon enough though. Great update for a great park!

Yes the camera does take a photo every time it thinks there is a smile, but thats is because we have set it to do that. There are many settings so you can get just what you want. You can have it for adults only, children only or everyone. Then you have sensitivity settings which we have set to high.
