Alright guys, lets keep moving! Year 2 Opening Week The second season of the park has just began! Shamu's Happy Harbor is now open, and guests are loving it! Also, some great news from the park! I heard for a little birdie that SeaWorld Hawaii will be focusing more on bigger thrills! With another amusement park on this islands going more towards families, SeaWorld would be a great spot for teens! More Soon!!! Did anyone else notice you can see the Pacific Ocean from Atlantis Adventure? The Fusion Theater is one of the few things that has gone untouched since new management took over. Wonder why? Shamu's Happy Harbor is looking very nice If I were a kid, the first thing I would ride is the Pirate's Excursion. Families are loving it! Crews have been working very hard to make this area of the park look the best possible. There is a wide selection of games. My favorite it the ring toss. Yey! Happy Harbor is finally open!

I really liked the track! The supports were great, good job on those! A little slow in places, but other than that, great job!

Great question! The reason I didn't post it there is because a few reasons. One is that there are so many projects going on at the Atari forums that SeaWorld Hawaii would be pushed back, 3 or 4 pages a day! Another reason is because I feel like the Theme Park Review Community would appreciate a special park, just for them. Those benches are included in the game. They are the Atlantis benches. Oh mys.... Year 1/2 Off Season Update Alright guys, this is the last off season update before year two starts! The next expantion is to be rumored here behind the Polar Bear exhibit, maybe, we will see... More Soon!! Some signs have gone up! Im sure there will be a few sick kids after this ride... The Rock-n'-Tug is getting themed up! I can't wait to see this at night! A little change with the new midway?

Update! Year 1/2 Off Season The off season is officially here, and with it is SeaWorld Hawaii's announcement! Some patrons may have a problem with where Shamu's Happy Harbor is located because it is right next to the Hospitality Center. More Soon!!!! All of the rides are already in place. The surrounding area needs to be finished before opening though... Construction has already begun!

Update! Year 1 End of Season The end of the first season for SeaWorld Hawaii has already come! To some peeps, it seems like the park only opened a couple of days ago! A new exhibit was finished called Happy Hippos. Where hippos roam and you can watch from a safe distance. Also, many new ride rumors are flying around. Some say that a past coaster, at Hershey's Hawaiian Escape only a couple of miles away, old parts have been stored and sent to SeaWorld Hawaii. That is only a rumor though.... Something is coming for sure... More Soon!!! The aquarium under Sting Ray is a great educational place for children. Also a great place to get shots of the ride! Believe received a brand new sign too. The Hospitality has finally got its sign up. As seen from the viewing gallery off of the souvenir shop. It's the Happy Hippos of course!!! ^ The reason is because it is just easier for me to use the TPR photo attachment feature. I like to know exactly what my picture will look like before I post it. It doesn't take that long cropping, resizing, putting the logo layer on, and posting it.

^ I have been to SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Africa. That's it. And it was back in December 2006. I only spent a day at each park. So it has been really hard for me to remember what exactly is in a SeaWorld/Busch park! Im trying to utilize as many sources as I can: TPR, RCDB, Fan sites, etc, to help better with this project. Here is an update! Year 1 Mid-Season/End of Season A new building comes to SeaWorld Hawaii! The Hospitality Center is a place where you can eat great food, drink great beer, and see great horses! Free beer anyone? More Soon! Watching the Clydesdale horses are one of the many favorite activities kids love to do! Inside, the food and beer awaits! Waterfalls, trees, and bushes make the Hospitality Center a type of secluded area. The new Hospitality Center has been attracting many guests.

Those boats are under the Water Based Transport ride. You just have to change the boats a few times threw... And the future I have been planning for quite a while now!!! I got the idea from Screamscape.com. They will be one of my sources!

Update! Year 1 Opening Day! Opening day has come!!! The day started out cloudy and rainy, but besides the weather, people came! It was quite a busy day! The park was put to the test with the amount of people that showed up! Ride queues were full, stalls were selling out like crazy! Overall, I could tell people were NOT disappointed at all! I can see SeaWorld Hawaii becoming the best amusement park on Hawaii!!! Things for the park are going great! More Soon! Then into the breaks. This is an experience never had before! The rest of the ride is filled with great forces in 2 helixes, and a 0-G roll! After the hills, an overbanked turn... Right after the launch, from the FIRST launched flying coaster, 'airtime' hills follow... The first guests are stunned! What is so unique about the ride is you launch right threw an aquarium! Sting Ray, the new flying coaster, couldn't be left out! Rip Tide was one of the most popular attractions today... A couple hours after opening, the skys cleared up! Just more and more people! But despite the weather, guests flooded into the park for the grand opening! To wake up with black sky's is not what the park needed on opening day!!!

I really like your building style! Its very different, and I like that! Im glad you know how to incorporate the TrackBeds into your park, because that is one of the hardest for me! Keep it up!

Hey! This is just a notice to everyone who checks this thread: As of right now the park is in its pre-opening stages. It is not quite yet ready for people. The grand opening is coming SOON! A new thread will be started for the grand opening. So keep your eyes peeled!!!

UPDATE General Updates - New Polar Bear habitat with new comers! - Finished station/queue for the new, "The Seas: At SeaWorld Hawaii" - and what's to come! With the track arriving, the park released another piece of concept art! More Soon! Pieces of track have now started appearing towards Believe. Everything else is extremely under wraps. We have come a long way the past couple of months. Opening day can't be to far off!!! The Polar Bear Habitat was in poor shape. The animals were not healthy, and with the many terraforming, none could get any exersize! And now flattened, the bears have gotten busy and 2 new arrivals!

UPDATE General Updates Alright folks, its late, lets get this update rolling! The Fusion Water Show pavilion has had a face lift, along with the walkway to the back of the park. Fusion Tour boats 2nd station has been completely redone. And now a new attraction is being completely renovated! Tell me what you think! After going threw some tough security, I was able to snap this shot of the 'new' ride indoors. MORE SOON! Tell me what you think! The new station and queue is not quite yet complete... Trams would travel throwout the building with this exciting scene. Now I am currently working on completely redoing the entire ride! This is a small ride, it was a Hop-On Hop-Off Tram type ride... Now I am quite proud of it! The narrow path leading the boats out onto the lake needed some help too. This is how the 2nd station should look! On the Fusion Tours Transport Boats, this was the 2nd station... So I updated it! What do you think? This is the OLD walkway leading to the back of the park. It needed an update, BAD! This is the new pavilion, not sure if I like it quite yet... Fusion is the water show, this is the old pavilion.

Well sorry for a lack of recent update, but school, work, homework, boyfriends, friends sometimes get in the way! Here is a small preview picture of what I have been working on. A lot of the recent problems are having to do with the Fusion Tour Transport ride, but everything is fixed and back on reschedule! Tell me what you think!

Okay, building a park, I am running into a problem with the Water Based Transport. A message keeps coming up saying "No Route Between Stations" its buggin' me out! Help! Then circles around back into station 2. The boat never goes back to station 1. What's the problem!?!?! Here is the problem! When the boat leaves station 2, a message pops up saying, "No route between stations on Water Based Transport 1" Approaches and enters station 2 okay... I open the ride. The boat leaves station 1, okay.... Build exit to station 1. Build entrance to station 1. Build exit to station 2... Build entrance to station 2. I click on the "Start New Station" button and build it, 4 units long... I build the first station, 4 units longs... So here is the overview of the lake. All of it is the same depth.

Yes you could of! It just takes time. I didn't read any tutorial on how to built a good looking park, but there are just some things to consider: 1. You are a guest - It REALLY helps you build a park if you can imagine yourself as a guest visiting. - If you were a guest, what type of things would you like? I wouldn't want a colorless jungle of concrete. - Also, consider what you think is important in an amusement park. What makes a ride a good ride, besides the actual ride (if that makes sense). Ex. What makes Big Thunder Mt special even though it's a crap ride? Detail! 2. Be real - Try and have the thought process of a real amusement park builder/owner/manager/etc. - Look at real parks. Pictures, visits, videos, etc. all help tremendously. - A real situation helps evolve realism in the reader. 3. Detail - Attention to detail is major! - CS packs help a ton with this. and 4. Beauty - You gotta make things look pretty! - Different shades and contrasts of colors are key. - One, two, or three colors in a park won't make it look pretty! - Trees!!!! Foliage is what makes a park really pretty, it helps define the colors in rides, buildings, etc. This doesn't only go to Coasterdude5, but everyone! It is possible to create an amazing creation. Take your time, and focus on the 4 points posted above.

^ No worries! It would be quite fun helping out HHE too. Anyways, todays focus has been on the 'Journey to Atlantis' type ride. But a new billboard has gone up....hmm... More Soon! Fusion Tours hasn't changed to major... The new station! The old station vs... Not anymore! Eyesore much?.... Now look! Remember this thing?

^ That's not the only thing that's new.... When I opened the park, I noticed something... no color! So I added some splash of colors and got rid of the 'underwater' rocks. ....now NEW and THRILLING!
