Going with my family, and they want to bring sandwiches and a cooler, etc. I know there's a picnic area over near The Chiller. Just wanted to get some info on how it works... Is there a separate entrance from the parking lot? Is there access to the park from the picnic area? Can you buy tickets over there instead of the main entrance? Is it clean, or full of scumbags and such? Where's the best place to park if you're going to picnic? And any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks TPR! DerekRx Posted May 24, 2006 Share Posted May 24, 2006 The picnic area by Chiller is only for group outings AFAIK. You have to have a ticket to get into there. If you're packing food for yourself, you've gotta keep it in the car. I think there are some picnic tables outside the pack, both between Kingda Ka and the Safari, and over by the entrance plaza.
