s2pids2 Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 Check out the customer coaster models made by some 8 year old kids, using tubes and marbles. I wish I got to do this when I was younger, what a great teacher! http://www.lewiston.k12.id.us/staff/JBeckman/Roller%20Coaster%20Pictures.htm
Chris Benvenuto Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 Those look like 8th grade Roller Coaster models. They do actually, Because I recreated WT for 8th Grade. This was our 8th grade end of the year project for Science. and BTW, the WT rec was shall we say? slightly n00b-ish? Chris "that's what's you get when your a CP fanboy"B EDIT: 200th POST WOOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!
coaster_maniac Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 those are awesome! last year, I attempted to do a recreation of Kingda Ka using duct tape and little wooden pegs.. it was slightly successful, but really frustrating.. so i gave up and threw it away.. hehe. I might attempt another one soon!
Luxo Posted February 10, 2006 Posted February 10, 2006 "The All Nighter" "Nauseous Nancy" "The Vomitizer" "Scrupples" "The Instestinal Twister" and my personal favorite: "The Raging Rainbow"
coaster_type_of_person Posted February 10, 2006 Posted February 10, 2006 My favorite is the worm. I love the Zero-G-Roll on the drop.
