Not sure the original Q made sense to me, but I'll answer the same way everyone else took it:

 

Coaster Plaza at Nasu Highlands is crazy. 4 coasters are weaving through each other over your head in the whole area, and the only other ride in the zone is a go-kart track that winds around Big Boom.

 

For a single ride that involves non-riders in the experience, I'd have to say that TTD with it's grandstand and MF overbanking over the queue area are great examples. The final section of S:RoS at 6FNE is pretty engaging for viewers, too but it's hard to watch the whole thing.
