Question about directions (LAX - SFMM - Disneyland)

I'm staying at a hotel at the LA airport (LAX) and I want to visit SFMM and Disneyland.

I found some directions on the themepark website's, but I want to have a map too. I've tried Google, but with no good results.

 

Is there someone who can help me with this?

Out of LAX look for signs for the 405 Freeway North towards Sacramento.

 

Get on the 405 north, continue for about 26 miles, you will then merge with the 5 north (still towards Sacramento), continue about 10 more miles, Exit from 5 North on Magic Mtn Pkwy.

 

When leaving SFMM get on the 5 South towards Los Angeles, stay on the 5 south for about 65 miles, exit Disney Way.
