rollerdude
In April, I am going to Germany. I am going with my Mom's school (she is a teacher). I already got ruled out from riding EGf because Hassloch is too far from Munich. I then discovered Olympia looping. Now I can't find the info I need and thought that you guys would know. Is it open all year? Does it stay in Munich all year? Where is it located in Munich? I already tried to look on RCDB but they have no info on it or Eurostar. CoasterFanatic
Not open all year as it is a "portable" coaster. Not sure of all the stops but from doing a search on TPR, I found this. Bremer Freimarkt - October Munich Oktoberfest 2005 Enjoy!
harsaphes
from mid april to mid may, Olympia Looping is located in Stuttgart for the Frülingsfest. It's approximatly 2 hours drive from Holiday Park...
Hattuchili
That is true, you´ll find Olympia Looping only at 7 or 8 fairs! Here is a link to the home site: http://www.olympialooping.de ! --Sören
N'at Man
I have a related question. Was Alpina Bahn set up for the Cannstatter Wasen in Stuttgart last September? Is it expected to be set up there for 2006? I'm assuming that Olympia and Euro Star will be at Munich for Oktoberfest but I'm looking to pick up Alpina Bahn around the same time in Stuttgart. Machtin
^Yes, the Alpina Bahn was at the Canstadter Was'n this year and it's highly probable that it will be there in 2006, as well. It's the only one of the three big German transportable coasters which won't be in Munich at that time, so it would be very odd if the Alpina Bahn wasn't in Stuttgart in 06.
