Cedar Downs Racing Derby video

I saw this program on PBS last night, it was showing small parks, more like fair parks. Some where Rye Playland, Lake Winnie, Lakewood, Beach Boardwalk, and more.

 

On one of them they had a park with the same carousel as Cedar Point, the derby one.

 

They showed a small video on how ops got on and off the ride while it was operating, it was absolutly amazing! I was wondering if anyone had a video of this?

I have the VHS tape of it. Got it for a dollar at the local Big Lots.

I don't have a video but I've riden the one at Rye Playland and watched them get on and off, which was quite awesome. I've seen the show you were talking about too.

 

The ride is quite intense, where you actually have to hold on, otherwise you'd fall off. My foot got a cramp during the ride but it was awesome!
