Does the FAQ icon ever load?

I have a little problem, the FAQ image never loads, it just keeps on loading and loading, but it is never there!

 

Is just a problem with my pc?

I think Robb said he was working on it a while ago, so he probaly just isn't finished yet.

He is, the icon works again

The icons sometimes take a while to load and sometimes they load very fast.

 

My guess is that it has something to do with the Web Host.
