So after a few hours last night and today trying to get this thing compressed to a .wmv without losing a lot of quality, I finally got my Car Crash movie up online and I want to share it with you guys.

Now keep in mind, the video and audio quality isn't excellent, but that's due to compression reasons, I wasn't going to go upload the original file which is 1.51GB or something since I have to have it compressed to 720X480 NTSC standards for class.

Now about the movie, it's about a boyfriend who looses her girlfriend by a car accident. (She got hit by my car!) and she communicates to him from the after life to tell him an important message.

It's sad, dark, a dash of humor in certain parts, and two TPR references. It won't be hard to find them

Another note, the movie doesn't being right at the beginning, you have to go through 10 seconds of slug (black), 30 seconds of color bars/tone, countdown, then a second of black. If you want to skip all at that junk, just simply go into 51 seconds into the media.

Now here's the link after I went through all the information.

Much thanks to Dave for hosting it for me since I can't upload anything personally via ftp due to my campuses dial-up connection. (It feels like a dial-up connection)

^ It's for my Digital Editing 1 Mid-term. The assignment is simply called "The Ghost Project" and our movie ahs to meed all the requirements, like being over 3 minutes long (not including the whole beginning part), the ghost must interact with someone, and so forth.

Aside from that, this story idea has been pretty much brewing in my head for months and when the project came up, it was pretty simple to write it out onto a script. Of course trying to film it was a pain, but editing which I love was a breeze.

Hey Craig,

that is really an awesome video! I like it how you made the video and the music choice is really good! However, the end was so funny. It was really a big surprise! I can only say: Watch the video, guys!

Anyway, great job, Craig!
