Disneyland Hotels

We have stayed at the Disneyland Hotel before, but rooms are currently too expensive for us. We were looking to stay on property to avoid parking/buses but are probably going to looking for something nearby. Any recommendations? Anything walking distance? Any places to avoid?

You might want to try the Howard Johnson's. It's a good hotel located just across the street from the parks.

Most of the crappy overpriced hotels on Harbor are walking distance and fine for a couple of nights. We've stayed at almost all of them.
