epstan Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Hey everyone, we're four people from Germany and we arrive tomorrow at 8 pm in Orlando. ( Hey America we're on the way! ) Our plan is to visit the biggest theme parks (Disney, Universal, Sea World, Busch Gardens and Fun Spot) in a few more than 2 weeks. We're about 18 years, mostly visiting the Europapark and the Holiday Park. We spend our most time in the Universal Studios. We want to meet up with american coaster freaks and it would be awesome to meet someone of you there If you want to meet, you can contact us via our Twitter account: Greetings from Germany
KBrylczyk Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 You're spending 2 weeks in Orlando and want to spend the most time at Universal, a 2-park resort? You're aware Disney has 6 parks on property, yes? Dedicate one week alone to Disney, spend two, maybe three days at Universal, one day at Busch, one day at SeaWorld, and a half day at Fun Spot. Any remaining time just mess around.
epstan Posted August 8, 2015 Author Posted August 8, 2015 We spent 5 Days at Disney with park hopper and waterpark option. Also one day Sea World, one day Busch Gardens and a half day in Fun Spot is planned. The remaining 8 or 9 days are planned for Universal.
KBrylczyk Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 You're going to get very bored by day 4 at Uni, trust me.
HTF Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 I think its important to remember not everyone comes to the park just for rides. Many people especially those from Europe that spend 2+ weeks in Orlando actually treat their visit like a vacation. There is no rush to get all the rides done everyday. They may only spend 2 or 3 hours in the morning one day or just come for dinner and a few rides at night. To tell someone they're gonna be bored regardless of if it's Disney, Universal and so on isn't necessary. A person's vacation is exactly that, their vacation. Maybe they just love thrilling rides instead of thrilling family rides.. Maybe they got a cheap deal on a certain ticket enabling them more visits at Uni than Disney. Hell maybe they're Potter nuts? Anyways I hope the OP has a great time aND you enjoy being bored to death on what sounds like such a lame vacation with too much fun.. See how that comes across.. end rant.. Btw eat at Cowfish, Vivo, The Kitchen, and Tchoup Choup while your here.
