christianscoasters Posted February 5, 2014 Posted February 5, 2014 Crimson Fear is a B&M mini-hyper that makes great use of the terrain! Featuring a 170' drop at 65 mph on a 4,923 foot long track. Its three trains can reach a maximum capacity of around 2,000 riders per hour. **DOWNLOAD**
Projektion Posted February 5, 2014 Posted February 5, 2014 You forgot to freeze the coaster before uploading.
christianscoasters Posted February 5, 2014 Author Posted February 5, 2014 Whoops!!! Should be fixed now.
coasterlover420 Posted February 5, 2014 Posted February 5, 2014 It's not over 200ft, it's not a hypercoaster
Projektion Posted February 5, 2014 Posted February 5, 2014 Now that I've actually had a chance to ride it, it not bad at all. There are a few jerks in the helixes and there didn't really seem a need for the magnetic trim brakes at the end as the train already seem slow enough. If anything, they seemed to speed the train up more so than slow it down.
Midgetman82 Posted February 5, 2014 Posted February 5, 2014 ^Or with a brake run that long, a gradual deceleration would do better than going in and abruptly stopping along the way; but that's picky stuff. The ride acted more like a large family coaster since forces weren't very strong, and it seemed like the train could have taken the course at a slightly faster rate (minus the "slalom" part near the end). But other than those things, I liked it! Very smooth from what I saw!

Midgetman82 Posted February 5, 2014 Posted February 5, 2014 ^Yes. I meant the deceleration doesn't have to be as hard as it is with how much room there is for the train to stop. Somewhere (maybe) between 0.4 - 0.6 g's would probably be smoother with how slow it was going.
