I visit sports arenas just like TPR with amusement parks. Here are some of my ratings. Great American Ball Park: The home of the Reds is the signiture "retro" style park. The most famous features are the Pepsi Power Stacks, along with the Gap- a split in the stands allowing for great views out or in. Fans in the stadium are understanding, so you won't be hit with projectiles for wearing the opposing team's colors. The food deals are great, and an out of towner can really be provided with a taste of Cincinnati. However, the stadium is small, and with the return of the Red's, the stadium shows its inability to hold large crowds.Overall the stadium is a 8/10 Progressive Field: The home of the Indians, and a signiture MLB palace. It is most famous for its retro looks and for the 120 foot HD scoreboard in left field. The prices are alright due to the fact many people sell their tickets due to mid season slumps. The Indians fans are a bit hostile towards opposing fans, so choose your outfits wisely. Food is alright but the open cap rule is harsh and cheap. The stadium has double concourses, so expect quick exits on even the busiest day. Rate: 7.5/10 Wrigley Field: I went breifly to a game here but I was able to observe the game day atmosphere around the stadium. The neighborhoods get swamped even on the worst of days, so arrive here early. One positive about the stadium is the fact that there are overflow seats across the way, which provide great views of the stadium. However, the stadium shows its age when there are large crowds. This stadium is a Excellent park and easily gets a 9/10

The food deals are great, and an out of towner can really be provided with a taste of Cincinnati. A "taste of Cincinnati." Well, there's a selling point. However, the stadium is small, and with the return of the Red's, the stadium shows its inability to hold large crowds. 42,319 isn't small. In fact, there's 15 parks with less seating than that. That's half the league.* Progressive Field: The home of the Indians, and a signiture MLB palace. Somehow "palace" and Cleveland in the same sentence will never work. The Indians fans are a bit hostile towards opposing fans, so choose your outfits wisely. i.e. they probably drink more because their team consistently sucks.....and they live in Cleveland. This stadium is a Excellent park and easily gets a 9/10 The place has "one positive," but gets a 9/10? *Oakland being an exception. They could open up to 60,000 if needed.
