coasterdude2011 Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 I am currently planning a trip to Kings Dominion, I live in Northern Ohio so it is a drive so I'm dedicating a full day of travel both there and back. I noticed that Six Flags America is not too far away and if I leave early enough I am hoping to get the park on time and get the credits in. My problem though is I am a broke college student who is trying to save so, my question is does Six Flags America have any starlight admission (couldn't see online) if not do any area stores sell discount tickets and, if they do not have starlight is it better to go during the evening of the day I drive down, and or the morning the day I drive back. This is a park where I just need the credits and I'm gone.
sspaz1000 Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Some coke cans in the area have discounts to the park, and I'm sure some fast food restaurant around could have the same discount. I'm not sure which is best, early morning, or later at night. Apocalypse could get a line during the night, and some of the rides may break during the day. And I was just there a couple weeks ago, got in right at opening, and rode all the coaster including the kiddie coaster in just under 2 hours. If it's a warm day most people will head straight to the water park first then head over to the rides side.

alilstronger Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 I was just there this past Saturday and there were almost no lines until about 6 PM. The longest we waited in the morning was 5 minutes. Even Apocalypse has no wait at noon when I rode it.
