mtavenger55 Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 Now you might be saying who would go to the Jersey shore on Memorial Day? Well I had no choice. I work at the new Revel resort in Atlantic City, NJ & after work today I decided to hit up Steel Pier. Unfortunately as soon as I got to the pier (nothing new to me) the Crazy Mouse stopped on one of the break sections so I didn't ride it today I did go on a few rides though & took some pictures before fighting the horrible Memorial Day traffic home. Happy Memorial Day everyone! Steel Pier viewed from Revel! Entrance sign? Just in case you forget what the place was called. Just my luck! Things better be different tomorrow when I ride Skyrush! The 1 of 2 rides I rode today. 5 tickets. Lamest music express ever! No music & didn't even go backwards! Also 5 tickets. The tickets. You can get 1 ticket for $1. Where I work! Tomorrow I will be going to ride Skyrush at Hershey Park! Super excited!!!!
esvadj Posted May 29, 2012 Posted May 29, 2012 Lets see a report from Revel, I am staying there in August and really looking forward to seeing it!
mtavenger55 Posted May 29, 2012 Author Posted May 29, 2012 Well you don't really know how magnificent the place is until you see it 1st hand. Everything is 1st class from our pools, spa, Ovation Hall theater, one of a kind sky garden area that over looks the ocean, & of course our casino floor with over 2400 slot machines. Not to mention the entire resort is a smoke free environment

But I will finally be able to go to Six Flags Great Adventure, and that will make the trip worth coasterwise...
YoshiFan Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 I went to Revel Sunday night, I really liked the selection of machines since I am a low roller and there were a lot of machines that I could play .10 to .20 a spin and the no smoking was great. Every time I go to Parx I end up smelling like smoke even though I play in the non smoking section.
