Hello, my name Ron Harrolds.

I am in charge of the construction of a new amusement park off route 78 in New Jersey. It will most likely be named Garden State Adventures but that is still subject to change. When it opens it will feature state of the art thrill rides as well as smaller attractions for younger children. Some of the main attractions will be a roller coaster (named Jersey Devil) that dives into a turn just above the parks central lake, the longest log flume in the world and a parachute tower. Construction is scheduled to start next month, will keep you updated on the latest developments on the project. So far the company I work for and is building the park (Nitroforever Inc.) has only permitted me to release a small bit of the extensive concept art we have been making over the past few months. A few drawings of the jersey devil coaster.

Thanks, and yes the station will have a roof, I'm just not sure what set I'm going to use yet. Its hard to decide when you have cs sets that you have never even used. Also if you noticed, Jersey Devils train is the default colors, I forgot to recolor it to my planned black, red, and grey color scheme.

^Thanks for reminding me, I need to change the footers' color. ^^still not really sure on what shows I'm going to but there, I haven't really thought the whole thing through.

Well, I found another I305 fan. But, the park looks really great. I think you should add billboards. Looks great though!

A lot of work has been done on the park in the last 2 months. For the past few weeks I have had the pleasure of being head of the parks construction and watching the park take shape. I have been busy making sure the workers are doing what they're supposed to but yesterday was Independence Day and we let the crews have a day off. I decided to come down to the site in the morning and take pictures of some of the areas that are completed.

Jersey Devil is pretty much done.

This is part of the Wild Frontier section of the park, you can see the splash pool for our state of the art log flume, the back of frontier restrooms, and a lot of fresh concrete.

Another photo in Wild Frontier, this one is on the other side of Log Flume's splashpool.

Frontier restrooms, Log Flume's station is behind the trees on the right.

We haven't taken the scaffolding off the main entrance yet, it should be off by the weekend.

A worker took this photo flying over in a plane, there's an airport near by, that's why the plane is so low..

Thats all for now, Main Street should be done by the next update as well as some signage that hasn't been installed yet.

-see you soon, Ron...

First of all, props for giving my home state some respect!

Really, really great park so far. Very realistic, keeps the time period in mind, and it has a lot of potential. One thing that I noticed was that it is opening two years after Great Adventure (Enchanted Forest). Throughout the timeline will there be any friendly competition?

I haven't really planned this whole thing out yet but the friendly competition with SFGAdv sounds like a good idea....... It would make for an interesting storyline

I went into the park today to do some more work on it and when the file opened there were these flashes of all the different textures used in the park. Things would also disappear for short periods of time, this all mostly happened when I moved my camera angle, but there were also some flashes when the camera was steady though. It seemed that the closer I scrolled in the less flashing there was. Does anyone know what's going on with my game and how to fix it? Is it just that my file is too big? This park can't continue when the park looks like a picture of a fireworks display.

Right when the file opened? Okay, I think I had the same problem, and it has an easy solution.

With the description you gave, there may have been issues in the loading cycle. Quit the game and restart it after about a minute. The flashing should be gone after it boots up again.

Wow, I haven't updated this in a long time. I haven't had very much time to work on this lately but I think I'm going to start up again. I'm going to finish this park no matter how many times I get distracted.

EDIT: Sorry for the double post but, the above post is really old and if I put this in an edit, it wouldn't make any sense.
