For my Career Research class, we were assigned to teach the class about the career that we plan on doing when we are older, and I hope to be working as a civil engineer (for B&M specifically)! I would really appreciate it if some of you would go and check it out and give me some advice on how to make it better. And I know it doesn't have many facts on it, I have note cards for that (I was taught to make the visual non-detailed and have the facts on hand), it's basically just a visual for while I say stuff. Thanks to anyone who takes the time to check it out!

Here it is:

If you can't get to it, tell me and I'll see if I can figure out how to fix it.

"So incase you are incredibly stupid and forgot, I want to become a roller coaster designer and engineer when I grow up."

First off, "incase" is two words. Secondly, that sentence was just a tad bit insulting.......just a tad. And yeah, "lost the game." What?

A little humor in a presentation is always okay, but if it leaves your audience shaking their heads, then you missed your mark.

On a positive note, I now know what Prezi is.

When you are discussing Iron Wolf it should be "stand-up coaster AT Six Flags Great America in Illinois". Remove the first "in".

I'm going to agree with the above, it was a nice presentation, but the last line just ruined the whole thing for me.

I'm also going to add ... presentations like this are kind of what I do for a living.

I've learned in the past that you can have all of the flashy stuff in the world, but if you aren't speaking to your audience then it doesn't matter. I realize you want to make it flashy, and you want it to look pretty, and that's great ... but you need to streamline it. Maybe focus on one manufacturer and give some more information not just pictures and videos?

The pics and videos are great, but you need to give them (and most importantly your teacher) something that they will remember at the end other than the fact you think their stupid.

^ I was taught to have the facts in my head rather than reading them off the board. So while they can see the 'flashy stuff' I'll be giving them more in depth information.

Thanks everyone, I made the changes ('the game' is just an immature thing that has spread through my unfortunate generation) and should be ready to present!
